BUFFER SLIDE RAIL WITH DYNAMIC FRICTION SILENCING MECHANISM
The present invention provides a buffer slide rail with a dynamic friction silencing mechanism, comprising an upper rail, a middle rail and a lower rail which are in sliding connection in sequence, a dynamic friction silencing assembly for reducing an axial moving speed is arranged between the connection of the upper rail and the middle rail, the dynamic friction silencing assembly including a rolling connecting block which comes into contact with the abrasion-resistant connecting block as the upper rail axially moves and is in rolling connection with the abrasion-resistant connecting block. The structure increases a coefficient of dynamic friction between the upper rail and the middle rail, reduce an axial moving speed of the upper rail, achieve a silencing effect, as well as ensure that the upper rail and the middle rail are opened or closed on the lower rail in sequence, improve the transmission stability of the slide rail.
Slide rail assembly
A slide rail assembly includes first and second rails, a ball bearing assembly, and a damping device. The first rail has front and rear ends and a middle portion therebetween. The second rail is displaceable with respect to the first rail. The ball bearing assembly is movably mounted between the front and rear ends of the first rail and includes a ball retainer with a plurality of balls and a stopping feature. The damping device is mounted on the middle portion of the first rail to provide a damping force corresponding to the stopping feature of the ball retainer. The ball retainer can be displaced by the second rail such that the stopping feature of the ball retainer contacts the damping device.
Drawer pull-out guide
A drawer pull-out guide includes a first rail and a second rail displaceable relative to one another, and a running carriage with a rolling body. The running carriage is displaceably arranged between the first rail and the second rail over a travelling path. A limiting element is arranged on the first rail or on the second rail, and the limiting element limits the travelling path of the running carriage. A damping device is arranged on the running carriage for dampening a movement of the running carriage over a damping path when the running carriage abuts against the limiting element. At the end of a maximum damping path of the running carriage, a stop of the first rail and a counterstop of the second rail abut against each other and thereby stop a movement of the second rail relative to the first rail.
CARRIAGE FOR A GUIDE SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CARRIAGE
A carriage for a guide system, wherein the carriage has a running cage, wherein the running cage has a cage middle element and two lateral cage side elements, wherein the cage side elements, lying opposite each other and spaced apart from each other, are each connected to the cage middle element, wherein a plane of extent of a cage side element is at an angle to a plane of extent of the cage middle element. The carriage is characterized in that the planes of extent of the cage side element and of the cage middle element enclose an angle of less than 90.
Guide device for guiding a furniture part that is moveable relative to a furniture body
A guide device for guiding a furniture part movable relative to a furniture body comprises: a guide unit including a body rail fixable to the furniture body; a sliding rail connectable to the movable furniture part and displaceably mounted relative to the body rail via a rail guide movable in a sliding direction, wherein the rail guide is mounted displaceably relative to the body rail and the one sliding rail and, when withdrawn to an open position, abuts against stops on the body rail and sliding rail; and a damper to damp the impact of the rail guide on at least one of the stops. The rail guide comprises at least two guide sections arranged behind one another in the sliding direction. The guide sections are connected to one another by a damping section that is flexible in the sliding direction and equipped with the damper.
Slide rail assembly and sliding assistance device thereof
A sliding assistance device includes a base and at least one sliding assistance member mounted at the base. The base includes an end portion and a flexible portion bent from the end portion. A space is defined between the flexible portion and the end portion. One of the flexible portion and the end portion has a protruding section. The flexible portion and the end portion are configured to contact each other through the protruding section according to the space when a force is applied to the flexible portion of the base.
