Exercise workstation, components, and methods
An exercise workstation includes a treadmill, a pedal exercise device disposed on or next to the treadmill, and a chair pivotally secured to the exercise workstation. The chair can be repositioned relative to the treadmill, such as above or to the side of the treadmill. A pivot arm is pivotally connected to a pivot joint to permit multiple positional adjustments of the chair. The pivot joint may be connected to the treadmill in fixed or movable position. The exercise workstation may include or be positioned adjacent to one or more work surfaces, such as a height adjustable desk or table.
Transformable exercise apparatus
A transformable exercise apparatus is disclosed. The exercise apparatus includes base arms parallel to each other, front legs and rear legs extending from the base arms. The exercise apparatus includes top arms, each connecting respective front and rear leg of each base arm. The exercise apparatus presents telescopic members stored in the front legs. The exercise apparatus includes a first table top and a second table top. The second table top includes collapsible legs. The collapsible legs fold and allow for placing the second table top and the first table top over the top arms, thereby transforming the exercise apparatus into a furniture. The second table top demounts and transforms into a workbench. The telescopic members extend and include a pull-up bar at the top, transforming the exercise apparatus into a pull up exercise apparatus. The apparatus may transfer into a leg press and arm press.
Retractable treadmill desk
A retractable walking treadmill which may be connected to an adjustable-height desk, in such a way as to be able to be retracted and stowed vertically when not in use.
FULLY COLLAPSIBLE EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device with a crank housing supporting a pedal crank having a pair of opposing pedals that are pivotally mounted to the pedal crank. A first strut extends from the crank housing and is jointed to a second strut by a coupling that selectively allows the struts to rotate relative to each other so that the device may be folded into a planar configuration or extended for use. A cross-member is positioned at the end of each strut to form legs for supporting the pedal crank in an upright position. A tensioner is associated with the crank housing for selectively increasing and decreasing the force needed to turn the pedal crank. A telescoping arm may be used to interconnect the exercise device to a table or seat so that it can be folded and stored under the table or seat, and unstowed and unfolded for easy use.
Workstation apparatus and method with converging treadmills
A shared workstation apparatus with converging treadmills including treadmills with centerlines that are transversely oriented towards each other at an angle, which can for example be an acute angle. The shared workstation includes a frame, a first treadmill, a second treadmill, and at least one shared work surface located above the treadmills. The orientation of the treadmills and the shared work surface allows users to share work with each other across the shared work space.
Height-adjustable table with concealed wiring design
A height-adjustable table with concealed wiring design is provided herein, which includes table surface, table leg, table foot, driving mechanism, and control device. The table leg is connected between the table surface and the table foot and includes a telescoping tube structure. The driving mechanism includes motor, first threaded rod, and connecting tube. The first threaded rod screwed to one end of the connecting tube and the connecting tube are disposed in the telescoping tube structure. The motor is configured to drive the first threaded rod to alter the length of the telescoping tube structure. The control device includes wiring and a control interface. The wiring is disposed in the telescoping tube structure and spirals around the connecting tube. The wiring transmits power to the driving mechanism and transmits a control signal from control interface to the motor to drive the driving mechanism.
Multifunction workstation and related method of use
A workstation is provided including first and second vertically telescoping support columns, a base frame mounted atop the first and second support columns, so that the base frame is movable up and down, and a desktop joined with the base frame and slidable between a first position in which the desktop is disposed vertically over both the first and second support columns, so a user can sit or stand facing the desktop, and a second position in which the desktop is cantilevered and projects laterally, distally beyond the first support column a first distance beyond the base frame, so that the user can exercise facing the desktop on an exercise device located laterally beyond and outside the first and second support columns. A related method of use is provided.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR USING AN ADJUSTABLE DESK
An adjustable desk that operably engages a cardiovascular machines and methods of using the adjustable desk. The adjustable desk comprises a frame, a bottom platform, and a top platform. The bottom platform operably engages with the frame and defines a first substantially planar wall. The top platform operably engages with the frame and defines a second substantially planer wall. The top platform is provided at a first height above the bottom platform measured between the first substantially planar wall and the second substantially planar wall. The frame is adapted to engage with a support structure such as a cardiovascular machine. The frame is also configured to selectively adjustable one or both of the top platform and the bottom platform relative to the frame.
