Storage System with Under Platform Storage
A storage system is described, having a rectangular platform adapted to be raised and lowered. The platform includes a top surface configured to support one or more items to be stored, a bottom surface, a first side, and a second side opposite the first side. The system also includes a first bracket, with an upper portion attached to the first side of the platform and a lower portion extending below the bottom surface. The lower portion of this first bracket is shaped in such a way as to provide a first surface on which a portion of an additional item rests. The system also includes a second bracket, likewise with an upper portion attached to the second side of the platform and a lower portion extending below the bottom surface. The lower portion of the second bracket is also shaped in such a way as to provide a second surface on which a portion of the additional item rests. In this way, the first and second brackets cooperate to support the additional item below the platform. In another aspect, the second bracket is replaced with at least one clip.
Mount Apparatus for Shed Antlers
Shed antlers are attached for display to a mount comprising an elongate bar that may be mounted to a wall. The bar includes plural attachment nodes and flexible tethers are connected to the attachment nodes. In a preferred embodiment the attachment nodes are defined by a sinusoidal rod that is attached to the elongate bar to define adjacent openings to which the tethers are connected. Shed antlers are attached to the tethers for display.
Household object storage system
A household object storage system for storing objects in an elevated position within a building. The household object storage system includes a platform and a lift system. The platform has a surface upon which at least one household object may be placed. The lift system includes at least one platform attachment, at least one building attachment, a winch and a rope. The at least one platform attachment is attachable to the platform. The at least one building attachment is attachable to the building. The winch is attachable to the building. The rope operably engages the platform attachment, the building attachment and the winch so that the winch may be used to move the platform between a lower configuration and an elevated configuration.
Overhead support for viewing media
An overhead support includes a transparent structure to support a visual medium for display to a supine viewer. The support is suspended from a ceiling over a location where the viewer wishes to recline. The support includes a positioning mechanism for easily adjusting the height of the visual medium above the viewer. In an embodiment, the positioning mechanism has a lock for fixing the height. In another embodiment, the support includes a light source. In another embodiment, the support includes an optical prescription.
Modular rack assembly for holding wine bottles
A modular rack assembly for wine bottles which is formed from one or more frame members which each have a racking body coupled therewith. Each racking body in the assembly includes a plurality suspension cords which extend from a top portion thereof to a bottom portion thereof, and have a plurality of shelves, bottle holders, or other support mechanisms for receiving and holding a bottle, fixed to and dispersed along the suspension cords vertically. A composite modular rack assembly, formed from two or more side by side modular rack assemblies, may include frame members of at least two distinct widths, and the selection of which racking body will be coupled with each frame member allows for the provision of a wide variety of customized configurations through a limited number of modular component parts.
Martial arts belt holder
A belt holder includes a top section; slats; first straps attached to the slats, a strap of the first straps being configured to at least partially hold a belt to a respective slat of the slats; second straps attached to the slats, a strap of the second straps separating a slat of the slats from an adjacent slat of the slats by a first distance, the first distance being sufficient to allow folding of the slats; and wherein an end of at a first strap of the second straps and an end of a second strap of the second straps are attached to the top section and separate the top section from a topmost slat of the slats by a second distance, the second distance being sufficient to allow folding of the slats with the top section.
Belt Holder
Storage apparatus
A storage apparatus includes a support beam defining a beam axis and adapted to be coupled to a surface. The support beam has first and second beam ends a plurality of mounting positions between the beam ends. The storage apparatus further includes a support structure abutting and being supported by the support beam, an alignment device attached to the support beam, and a cable having a first cable end adapted to be attached to the surface and a second cable end removably attached to the support beam at a selected mounting position.
