A system for fastening panels in a perpendicular manner is provided. The system comprises a semicircular base frame attached in a recessed manner into an edge area of a first panel, a similarly shaped semicircular top frame fastened atop the base frame, and a dial magnet assembly resident in the top frame. The system also comprises a slider mount assembly with an embedded magnet and attached proximate an edge of a second panel that receives insertion into a cavity created by the fastening of the top frame to the base frame. The slider mount assembly also receives attraction to the top frame based on a turning action of the dial magnet assembly in a first direction and binds to the fastened top frame and base frame based on the received attraction. The binding of the slider mount assembly to the fastened frames binds the two panels in a perpendicular manner.

A barrier system is described herein. The barrier system includes at least three floating barrier elements, at least four securement components, and at least four stabilizing components. The at least four securement components are configured to secure the first floating barrier element between the second floating barrier element and the third floating barrier element to form a barrier. The at least four stabilizing components are configured to stabilize the barrier. The components of the barrier system are interchangeable and movable.

A distributed smart locker system includes a plurality of locker units in a locker cluster. Each locker unit includes: a front panel with a set of inputs for an end user to retrieve an at least one item stored in the locker unit; a back panel with a set of outputs for an operator to place the at least one item in the locker unit; and a computing device with a processor, memory, storage, and wireless networking capability.

A barrier system is described herein. The barrier system includes at least three floating barrier elements, at least four securement components, and at least four stabilizing components. The at least four securement components are configured to secure the first floating barrier element between the second floating barrier element and the third floating barrier element to form a barrier. The at least four stabilizing components are configured to stabilize the barrier. The components of the barrier system are interchangeable and movable.

Connecting members of two of the frame panels are arranged to be securely received in the securing slots respectively, wherein the securing member is arranged to detachably attach on the base in such a manner that the securing arms are received in the receiving slots respectively so as to securely restrict a lateral movement between the securing member and the base for providing a joint of the connecting members of two of the corresponding frame panels.

A configurable storage and display frame includes a plurality of frame panels and a plurality of connecting joints. Each of the connecting joints include a base having a plurality of receiving slots and a securing member. The securing member includes a plurality of securing arms and a plurality of securing slots formed on the securing arms respectively. Connecting members of two of the frame panels are arranged to be securely received in the securing slots respectively, wherein the securing member is arranged to detachably attach on the base in such a manner that the securing arms are received in the receiving slots respectively so as to securely restrict a lateral movement between the securing member and the base for providing a joint of the connecting members of two of the corresponding frame panels.

The bracket may also include first, second, and third receivers, each including a retainer portion configured to be coupled to an end of a respective frame member, and a sealing interface configured to provide a substantially dirt-resistant and fluid-resistant seal between a portion of the end of the respective frame member and the respective receiver. The bracket and frame members may form a joint configured to be incorporated into a frame for forming a cabinet.
