STRUCTURAL SYSTEM AND SHELF
The invention relates to a structural system (2) for the modular construction of shelves (2), comprising a set of elongate vertical supports (3), a set of frames (4) and a set of connectors (7). The vertical supports (3) each have at least one axially extending row of holes (31). The frames (4) each have four struts (42, 43), of which two are connected to one another via a mounting corner piece (41). The connectors (7) are each designed to be introduced into a hole (311) of one of the vertical supports (3) and secured to one of the mounting corner pieces (41) of one of the frames (4). The structural system (2) is designed such that, in an assembled state, at least one frame (4) of the set of frames (4) is secured by its mounting corner pieces (41) to four vertical supports (3) via a relevant connector (7), two respective neighboring vertical supports (3) that are connected to one another via one of the struts (42, 43) of the at least one frame (4) define a support plane (6), and the four struts (42, 43) of the at least one frame (4) lie outside the support planes (6) defined by the four vertical supports (3) connected to the frame.
Shelf structure
A shelf structure has a frame member, a layer member and at least one reinforcement board. An outer surface of the frame member has a plurality of parallel ribs and an inner surface of frame member has a contacting face between each two ribs. An upper end and a lower end of the frame member respectively has an upper portion and a lower portion parallel with each other. A lower surface of the upper portion has at least one protruding rib. The lower portion is smaller than the upper portion. The layer member is assembled in the frame member and overlaps the upper portion of the frame member. The reinforcement board has a length equal and parallel to two opposite sides of the frame member and secured to the other two opposite side of the frame member.
REINFORCEMENT BEAM FOR HORIZONTAL FRAMES AND PREFABRICATED SHELF USING SAME
Provided is a reinforcement beam for horizontal frames, the reinforcement beam being configured to be used in a prefabricated shelf that is fabricated with vertical frames and horizontal frames, the horizontal frames including a connection portion fastened to the vertical frames at end portions of the connection portion, and an abutment portion which is formed by folding the connection portion such that the abutment portion is formed integrally with the connection portion and which supports a support plate. The reinforcement beam for the horizontal frames includes a body portion in which a pulling portion configured to support a lower outer surface of the connection portion is provided on each of opposite ends of the body portion. The reinforcement beam for the horizontal frames prevents the horizontal frames from collapsing under a large load.
Modular structure for shelving
The modular structure for shelving comprises:—a plurality of vertical uprights comprising at least one pair of first teeth arranged one on top of the other to define a first interlocking plane;—a plurality of first metal sections provided with a cross section, higher than its width, of substantially tubular and parallelepiped shape, and with two ending parts provided with corners and with one pair of first clamping elements, arranged protruding in the proximity of the corners and superimposed on one another; the first clamping elements being spaced apart from one another to be coupled from top to bottom and in block configuration to any pair of the first teeth along the first interlocking plane, each first clamping element comprising a loop defining a passage slot and each of the ending parts of the first metal sections being substantially flat.
Connector for modular rack assembly
A rack assembly has two support frames and at least one shelf that are secured to the support frames by connecting assemblies. Each connecting assembly comprises a well secured to a medial surface of each vertical tube of the support frame, and a hook that extends from each end of each shelf, with each hook having an opening extending therethrough. The connecting assembly also includes a connector that is seated inside each well, each connector having a top plate that has an elongated opening, the connector also having a body that is sized and configured to fit inside a well, the body defining two wings with a space between the wings, and wherein each wing has a bump positioned in the center of the inner surface of each wing that faces the space. Each hook is inserted through the elongated opening of a corresponding connector with the bump on each wing fitted inside the opening of the hook to retain the hook inside the body of the connector.
Combination shelf with dual-pole vertical columns
A combination shelf includes at least four column units, at least two storage layers, and multiple clips. The column unit consists of two parallel, vertical poles on the left and right, and multiple connections connecting the left and right vertical poles. The clip has a vertical groove with a wing located on both sides at the lower halves of the front and rear ends of the groove opening. The grooves of the clips can be embedded by the vertical poles. The front and rear ends of both sides of the storage layer each offers an outward-opening U-shaped fastener. The front and rear edges of the lower half of the fastener each has a top pusher. The fasteners of the storage layer can each cover the exterior of the clips of the column units. The inner faces of the two top pushers each presses the two wings. By fitting together the corresponding bevels of the top pushers and the two wings, the clips and the fasteners press each other and therefore clamping the vertical pole.
Goods storage rack
A rack for storing goods has supports which extend between crossbeams. The supports are downwardly open profiles having a first and a second side wall. A horizontal wall connects the side walls and forms a goods support. At least one crossbeam has two slots, each with a locking projection that engages in an opening in the respective side wall. The openings are located in short end portions of the side walls. Central portions form a majority length of the side walls. The end portions are separated from the central portions by a slot which extends from the lower edge of the side wall over a portion of the height of the side wall. The end portions have in the direction toward the lower edge thereof a wall extent which in comparison with the wall extent on the central portion is offset in the direction toward the profile center plane.
Modular pallet rack repair kit
A modular repair kit for repairing damaged pallet rack frames and a method of installation thereof which incudes modular elements that can be customized by mechanical process such as cutting, drilling and connecting, for example, by bolts, that avoids major modifications, such as welding, at the installation site. The modular repair kit utilizes a standard replacement post assembly that can be cut to fit into nearly any size gap that is created when the damaged portion of the pallet rack frame is removed. The remaining elements of the repair kit can then be customized to accommodate any size of the standard replacement post assembly.
Track system for use with a storage rack
A track system configured for use with a storage rack assembly is provided. The track system comprises first and second forward wheel assemblies, first and second rearward wheel assemblies and a forward axle assembly. The forward axle assembly is coupled between the first and second forward wheel assemblies in an operating position. The forward axle assembly comprises a first intermediate member, a first forward axle member and a second forward axle member. The first forward axle member has a first end coupled to the first forward wheel assembly and a second end slidably coupled to the first intermediate member. The second forward axle member has a first end coupled to the second forward wheel assembly and a second end slidably coupled to the first intermediate member. The first intermediate member inhibits rotation of the first and second forward axle members along their respective axes.
