A kit of modules of a framework, each module comprises struts connected among each other, each strut comprising a first and a second side, the modules being connected by a set of fixing elements and comprise each at least two gussets placed on two adjacent struts, each strut being provided with at least a first and a second perforation, said gussets being provided with a third perforation and extend in parallel to the second side of the struts, the third perforation being oriented along a direction which crosses the second side, a first respectively a second fixing element of said set being housed in the first respectively the second perforations of two modules when they are assembled side by side with their first sides of the struts of each of the two modules, which fixing elements are provided for enabling to establish a connection between the two adjacent modules while they are connected to each other.

A portable modular assistive device for storing, measuring, drawing and administering liquid injectable medication or other fluids from a vial and syringe, specifically to insulin for consumers and medical professionals in homes, while traveling and in medical facilities, having means to allow users to quickly, securely, easily and accurately measure and draw the desired amount of insulin and then administer the medication. The device is a portable syringe guide and vial holder comprising a horizontal elongated stabilizer made of rigid light-weight material with high tolerance and low friction, a rigid liquid medication vial protector at one end; a rigid movable syringe carriage with an opening on the top side to firmly hold the assembled syringe and needle to perfectly align the needle to the center section of the rubber top of the vial; a flexible expandable color-coded security strap; a flexible expandable color-coded resistance spacer ring, a removeable adjustable magnifier and calibrator bar, a rigid end cap at the other end of the horizontal stabilizer, with said holder having means to allow users to transport said holder in a pocket or pouch without risk of spillage from the vial, dislodging the components or damage to the vial, needle or syringe. Thus, a considerably more versatile, cost-effective, durable and efficient syringe guide and vial holder is provided that can accommodate a plurality of syringe and needle sizes as well as various liquid medications and other fluids in vials in the first embodiment as well as in other embodiments with ease of tracking quantities, contents, sizes and locations of a variety of vials, syringes and needles.

The present invention relates to an assembly station for assembling modules used in a modular storage system for barrels. The modular storage system includes a base rick module, an aisle rick module, and an end rick module, whereby a plurality of each module type may be assembled to construct a rickhouse. The assembly station can include a vertical post assembly station, transfer rollers, a main module assembly area, dunnage supports, and a dunnage feeder conveyor system.

A multi-compartment storage shelf includes seven connecting boards and inner partitions. The inner partitions each have an engaging groove. At least two of the inner partitions are intersected and interconnected with each other through the engaging grooves of the inner partitions to form a first grid-shaped inner frame. The first grid-shaped inner frame is connected to the first connecting board, the second connecting board, the fourth connecting board, and the fifth connecting board. At least two of the inner partitions are intersected and interconnected with each other through the engaging grooves of the inner partitions to form a second grid-shaped inner frame. A rack has a frame and a plurality of shelves. Each shelf has an enclosing frame member that has two first sides connected by two second sides, a connecting bar that connects the first sides at about the center of the first sides, a plurality of slots provided on the inner surfaces of the second sides, and a plurality of slats, each slat having opposing ends that are fitted into opposing slots at the second sides, and with each slat being connected to the connecting bar. An air conditioning apparatus for cooling and/or dehumidifying an interior space, such as the interior of a shelter or tent that provides for simplified manufacturing, simplified inspection and servicing, reduced noise, reduced vibration, reduced weight, increased ruggedness and health monitoring. Structural components of the apparatus are fabricated from foam-filled molded parts with interlocking components, and the unit is assembled and tested without any outside cover, but once the cover is installed, additional structural strength is obtained from the cover. A refrigerant flow sensor along with other sensors are used to determine actual real time cooling capacity measurements and health monitoring.

Modular building blocks may be used to provide furniture or other items. Each modular building block has a number of interleaved layers that provide first and second arms of the building block. Each modular building block comprises a first engageable finger section formed from one or more of the interleaved layers and a second engageable finger section formed from two or more interleaved layers. The second engageable finger section of one modular building block receives the first engageable finger section of another modular building block allowing various arrangements to be assembled.
