CONNECTING STRUCTURE, CONNECTING METHOD AND ARTICLE CONTAINING SUCH CONNECTING STRUCTURE
The present invention discloses a connecting structure, a connecting method and an article containing the connecting structure. The connecting structure includes a fastener, a first connecting member adjacent to the trailing end of the fastener and a second connecting member away from the trailing end of the fastener. The second connecting member is provided with a threaded connecting hole, which in the axial direction thereof is provided with thread matching with the form of thread of the fastener and having a central angle of at least 180 degrees. The first connecting member is provided with a connecting hole, and the fastener connects the two connecting members through the threaded connecting hole and the connecting hole. The connecting method achieves quick connecting with the connecting hole of the first connecting member by preloading the fastener to the threaded connecting hole, without being affected by the assembly space. The connecting structure and the connecting method can be used in a variety of articles. The thickness of the threaded connecting hole is equal to the pitch of the fastener. The form of thread of the threaded connecting hole is fitted with the thread of the fastener by only one turn, which during processing can be made directly in the form of stamping, resulting in a simple processing and improving the processing efficiency.
Rack Storage Unit and Automation System
A rack storage unit for use in an automation system for a storage of work pieces and/or work piece pallets and/or tools, which includes a base frame with a rack stand and two rack side parts arranged at a distance from one another, wherein facing surfaces of the rack side parts are provided with interfaces for mounting placement devices. It is provided that the base frame is produced as a one-piece cast body from artificial stone, and that the interfaces are held by adhesive force as separately formed insert parts in the facing surfaces of the rack side parts.
Second modular mount rack frame
A second modular mount rack frame for storing devices is described herein. One mount rack frame can comprise two modular rigid support structures in which bolts reversibly insert to laterally increase or decrease the horizontal dimension available for a computer related device. Rigid modular support structures stack, align vertically, and mechanically attach to each other to increase storage in a vertical dimension. A second modular mount rack frame can also exhibit wheels or coasters so the entire frame can smoothly and easily move across a flat supporting surface.
MERCHANDISE DISPLAY SHELVING UNIT
A merchandise display shelving unit comprised of a perforated center support pole, a base, a plurality of shelf supports, and a plurality of shelf inserts. The shelf inserts nest inside the shelf supports. The shelf supports have a mating collar that attaches to the perforations of the center support pole through the use of fasteners. The shelf support and inserts can be a variety of shapes, such as round, square, triangular, and rectangular. The shelf supports and shelf inserts can be of incrementally decreasing size, so as to create a terraced effect.
Bracket mounting structure
A bracket mounting structure includes a bracket, a base, a connecting member, an elastic member, and a mounting member. The bracket includes a longitudinal wall. The base is arranged adjacent to the longitudinal wall and includes a first space and a second space. The connecting member is mounted in the first space and includes a first portion, a second portion, and a through hole arranged in the first portion and the second portion. At least one of the first portion and the second portion has a screw thread feature. The elastic member is received in the first space and is configured to apply an elastic force to the connecting member. The mounting member is mounted in the second space.
Weight rack and shelf
A shelf is configured for use with a weight rack including first and second vertical members extending generally parallel to each other and positioned in spaced relation to each other. The shelf supports one or more free weights and has first and second opposed ends and front and rear sides extending between the ends, where the first end of the shelf is connected to the first vertical member and the second end of the shelf is connected to the second vertical member, such that the first and second vertical members support the entire weight of the shelf. The shelf may include a rotation limiting structure to limit rotation of the shelf with respect to the vertical members. A weight rack may be outfitted with one or more such shelves, and in one configuration, the weight rack may include a number (N) of adjacent shelf stacks supported by number (N+1) of vertical members.
