A countertop installation device may include: a housing; a rim, extending outwards from the housing, the rim being connectable to a frame; a movable tongue arranged to move along a first axis of the shaft, and extend from the housing; and an adjustment screw configured to adjust the location of the movable tongue along a second axis. During installation of the device, the first axis may be the horizontal axis and the second axis may be the vertical axis.

3′-UTR sequences for stabilization of RNA

The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3′-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.

Refrigerated preparation table system and methods thereof

A preparation table is provided. The preparation table includes a cabinet with a work surface. The work surface includes a perimeter which defines a cavity of the cabinet. Opposing guide structures proximate opposing perimeter walls are configured to support a grate. The grate can be movable or stationary but is configured to support a product or product container while still providing access to the cavity. The product container is movable on the work surface to both rear and forward positions. The cabinet is configured such that excess ingredients fall from the product container, through the grate, and are recaptured within the cavity. The cabinet also includes a transition element which provides support for the product container as it is moved to an adjacent work surface.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING COUNTERTOP
20170341265 · 2017-11-30 ·

The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a countertop, where a countertop workpiece may be easily secured to a workpiece-mounting device during the machining thereof, leading to good precision and standardization. This may be achieved using a suction of the countertop workpiece via air intake in the mounting device. Further, the present disclosure provides a countertop machining apparatus including a vacuum chamber divided into a multiple of vacuum sub-chambers disposed in a work table, and a suction panel disposed on the chamber. In this configuration, a number of the vacuum sub-chambers to be kept in a vacuum state may be adjusted. This may lead to a reduction of a power consumption required to suction the countertop workpieces.

Telescoping countertop support bracket assembly

A telescoping countertop support bracket assembly includes a channel member that defines a plurality of through holes through a lateral wall of the channel member. Each of the through holes is configured to receive a fastener; the channel member defines a support bar receiving portion and an accessory bar receiving portion. A support bar is received by the channel member, and it is telescopically adjustable within the channel member. A countertop contact surface is supported by the support bar, and the fasteners secure the support bar within the channel member at an adjustable support length.

WORKTOP FOR PIECES OF FURNITURE AND METHOD FOR JOINING SLABS SO AS TO OBTAIN SAID WORKTOP
20170306996 · 2017-10-26 · ·

A worktop (1) for pieces of furniture includes two slabs (3, 4) made of stone, arranged so that they are adjacent to each other at the level of corresponding head surfaces (5, 6) in order to define a work surface (2) exposed to the outside. A joining arrangement is suited to stably connect the slabs (3, 4) and includes a first bonding substance (8) interposed between the head surfaces (5, 6) and recesses (9) obtained on the head surfaces (5, 6) of each slab (3, 4), mutually facing each other and configured in such a way as to define corresponding housings completely delimited in the direction of the thickness of the slabs (3, 4), the first bonding substance (8) being spread mainly in the housings.

Device having flattenable cavities and protrusions with secondary features
11241090 · 2022-02-08 ·

An apparatus having one or more cavities and corresponding one or more protrusions is disclosed. The one or more cavities and corresponding one or more protrusions can be flattened to cause the apparatus to adhere to an object. Thus, the apparatus can be used in applications where adherence of the apparatus to an object is desired. The apparatus can also act as a protective layer to buffer and protect a surface of the object. It is also possible to maintain the surface's visual appearance, if beneficial. The apparatus can also be used in applications where buffering and protection from friction is not needed.
