Product management display system with trackless pusher mechanism
11583109 · 2023-02-21 · ·

A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a surface on which product is placed and one or more dividers for separating product into rows. The one or more dividers may be engaged to a front rail in two different conditions, locked and unlocked. In a locked condition, the relationship between the divider and the front rail resists alteration in any direction with respect to each other. In the unlocked condition, the dividers may be freely slid laterally along the front rail, while remaining perpendicular to the front rail. The one or more dividers may lock to the front rail through the use of corresponding teeth, resilient surfaces, a locking tab, a locking bar and/or a cam.

Stacking storage arrangement

Stacking storage arrangement for containers and method of forming stacking storage arrangement. The stacking storage arrangement includes at least one transverse connector; multiple uprights that are connected to one another by the at least one transverse connector; and connection elements configured to connect the at least one transverse connector to multiple uprights. Each connection element is arranged to bear against a contact surface of an upright and the contact surface includes a slot into which at least one screw protruding through the connection element is screwed.

The invention relates to a modular structure for a cardboard tower-like display, made up of shelf modules (a) each of which is made up of a cardboard sheet with a four-sided central area (10) whose corners form incoming vertexes (12) and whose sides are folding and flapping lines with respective flaps thereof; together with straight tubes which feature stud modules (b), with the same cross section than the perimeter tubular edges (11) of each shelf module (a), and connecting elements in the shape of corner studs (c), each of which has a central part (30) with arms (31), (32) and (33) projected into three orthogonal spatial directions which fit into the concurrent ends of the tubular edges (11) of each shelf module (a), and the ends corresponding to the tubes which constitute the stud modules (b).

Stacking storage arrangement

A stacking storage arrangement is specified, comprising a rack having multiple container receiving spaces that each have an opening at the bottom end thereof, wherein at at least one opening a latch arrangement is arranged which comprises at least one latch unit having a holding latch that can be moved between a locking position and a release position. An objective is to be able to operate a stacking storage arrangement of this type in an economical manner. For this purpose, the holding latch is configured to be replaced from the inner side of the opening.

A modular product display system has at least two vertically stacked layers. Each layer has at least one roller track supported on one longitudinal end by a rail such that the one longitudinal end is at a different elevation than the other longitudinal end. At least two vertical stacking side barriers are disposed at laterally spaced apart positions between the roller track in each of the vertically stacked layers. The vertical stacking side barriers have protrusions on an upper edge and a lower edge engageable with corresponding openings in the roller track. Either (i) the protrusions on at least one of the upper edge and the lower edge are displaced from a plane of the vertical stacked side barrier, or (ii) the vertical stacked side barriers between the at least two vertically stacked layers are laterally displaced from vertical stacked side barriers between further vertically stacked layers.

Post construction and tiered palletizable container comprising such posts

A post for supporting trays of a container comprises a plurality of panel sections including a first panel section. The panel sections form first and second corners positioned adjacent to one side surface of the first panel section and that end up at the interior of the post. The upper trays are desirably supported by the interior corners and also by portions of the panel sections that form the interior corners and by a portion of the first panel section to thereby enhance the support provided to the upper trays. Two of the posts can be positioned together in face to face relationship to form a center post for supporting upper trays. Selected panel sections desirably have upwardly extending locking tabs and cross member support receiving slots. Containers comprising plural trays and such posts are also described.

A U-shaped adjustable shelving system comprised of a plurality of interconnecting shelf sections including a back shelf section, a right side shelf section and a left side shelf section. The right and left side shelf sections are coupled to the back shelf section with a sliding dovetail arrangement so as to allow adjustment of the right and left side shelf sections relative to the back shelf section in order to change the width of the adjustable shelving system. The back shelf section is adjustable in length to substantially match the width of the space in which the shelving system is to be installed. The adjustable shelving system includes support risers for self-supporting the shelving system above a surface. The adjustable shelf can be easily installed into a variety of cabinets, and allows access to small containers, such as those for herbs and spices.

Snack pallet assembly

A pallet assembly including a plurality of trays separated by supports is provided. Each of the supports includes a rectangular portion and a wing portion. The wing portion is formed from two layers of materials connected together by a locking tab or other suitable structures. The wing portion can include a first portion and a second portion at an angle with respect to the first portion. A tab can be used to facilitate placing the first portion of the wing at the angle with respect to the second portion of the wing.
