A removable upper plinth or top panel structure for a domestic appliance, includes: an elongated plate-shaped cover for covering an access opening at a top portion of the domestic appliance; a plurality of attachment members disposed on the elongated plate-shaped cover for detachably mounting the elongated plate-shaped cover to the domestic appliance; and a plurality of tethers connected to the elongated plate-shaped cover, such that on condition that the elongated plate-shaped cover is detached from the domestic appliance to expose the access area, the elongated plate-shaped cover flips downward and hangs on the plurality of tethers.

The present disclosure provides systems, components, and methods for leveling millwork. In one or more implementations, a millwork leveling device and/or kit for leveling millwork include a track, a first leveling post, and a second leveling post. The leveling posts are movably positionable along the track. The first leveling post has a first adjustable height and the second leveling post has a second adjustable height. The device and/or kit may further include a plate associated with the first leveling post, the plate having one or more through holes and attaching a finishing piece thereto.

A modular barrier device for partitioning a room into two separate living spaces comprising: a plurality of storage modules, said storage modules arranged in a side-by-side as a well as a back-to-back fashion, and adjacent to a door module, to create a closet module to define the two separate living spaces in the room; at least one door rail attached to the closet module; at least one barn-style door slidably attached to the at least one door rail to provide user access to at least one of the two separate living spaces; and an adjustable valence system, said adjustable valence system capable of attaching to the closet module and further capable of expanding to fill any gap between the top of the closet module and a room ceiling.

A lighted toe kick system includes at least one toe kick panel configured to abut against a front surface of a cabinet. The toe kick panel includes a first surface, the first surface including one or more openings, the one or more openings receiving at least one lighting component, and a generally planar second surface configured for mounting to the front surface of the cabinet. Providing an overturn preventing device which can be easily mounted between a top surface of a piece of furniture and a ceiling and a method of mounting the overturn preventing device. The overturn preventing device includes a damper and a pair of bases. The damper has a cylinder and a piston slidably housed in the cylinder. The damper is mounted between a top surface of a piece of furniture (article) installed on an installation surface and a ceiling. The paired bases are respectively coupled to two ends of the damper. One of the bases abuts against the top surface of the furniture and the other base abuts against the ceiling. The cylinder has an inlet through which a hydraulic fluid (operating liquid) is poured into the cylinder.
