REINFORCEMENT BEAM FOR HORIZONTAL FRAMES AND PREFABRICATED SHELF USING SAME
Provided is a reinforcement beam for horizontal frames, the reinforcement beam being configured to be used in a prefabricated shelf that is fabricated with vertical frames and horizontal frames, the horizontal frames including a connection portion fastened to the vertical frames at end portions of the connection portion, and an abutment portion which is formed by folding the connection portion such that the abutment portion is formed integrally with the connection portion and which supports a support plate. The reinforcement beam for the horizontal frames includes a body portion in which a pulling portion configured to support a lower outer surface of the connection portion is provided on each of opposite ends of the body portion. The reinforcement beam for the horizontal frames prevents the horizontal frames from collapsing under a large load.
AN ELONGATED SUPPORT MEMBER AND A GOODS STORAGE SYSTEM
An elongated support member and a goods storage system includes an elongated support member (3,4) including two spaced wall portions (19,20) defining a channel (21) extending in a longitudinal direction of the elongated support member for receipt of an inner mounting end (22) of a support bracket (7,8,9, 10), wherein each one of the two spaced wall portions comprises at least one engagement means (23a, 23b; 24a, 24b) facing the channel for engagement with a laterally projecting engagement means of the support bracket, wherein each one of the engagement means (23a, 23b; 24a, 24b) has an open end facing in the same direction in the longitudinal direction of the elongated support member for receipt of an engagement means of the support bracket during mounting of a goods storage system.
Keyed rack rail ensuring proper device orientation
An apparatus is provided for ensuring the proper orientation of an electronic device within a rack slot. A constraint is added to one of a pair of rail assemblies and a corresponding constraint is added to the rack, the pair of constraints cooperating to allow the pair of rail assemblies to be installed only in the proper sides of the rack. Mounting holes are provided on the device and inner rails of the rail assemblies that allow the inner rail assemblies to be installed only on the proper sides of the device. A key and key slot combination is then provided in an inner rail and a middle rail of one rail assembly with the combination preventing the inner rail from being fully inserted into the incorrect middle rail. Thus, the correct orientation of the device is ensured by the pair of rail assemblies, the spacing of mounting holes in the device, and the rack constraint.
Furniture system
A furniture system with mounting rails fastened to a wall or rear wall and which have openings, and suspension portions connected to stockage elements that can be suspended in said openings. The furniture system further has a rear wall which extends, with two longitudinal narrow sides, substantially in the vertical direction and which rests on or is fastened to the mounting rails, wherein a strip-like rear wall side part is arranged in parallel with one longitudinal narrow side, in parallel with both longitudinal narrow sides of the rear wall, and which rests on or is fastened to the mounting rail. A recess or gap is formed in a transition region from the rear wall to the rear wall side part, between the longitudinal narrow side of the rear wall and the longitudinal narrow side of the rear wall side part, allowing access to openings of a mounting rail.
Shelf Storage System
The present disclosure relates to a shelf storage system 1 comprising hang standards 3 with slots 5 arranged in rows therein, brackets 7 comprising connector means 9 for connecting with hang standard slots 5 such that bracket becomes suspended thereby in a cantilevered manner, and shelves 11 adapted to rest on the brackets 7. The shelf 11 comprises on its bottom side at least first and second bracket connecting means, which are adapted to connect with brackets and are mutually spaced apart with a predetermined bracket distance d. The hang standard comprises a plurality screw holes for connecting the hang standard oriented vertically to a wall or the like, and the distance between at least two such screw holes corresponds to said bracket distance. This allows using a hang standard to mark locations for other hang standards, which simplifies assembling of the shelf system.
Bracket Plug
A storage system comprises a shelf (5) supported by a cantilevered bracket (4) and a connector element (6), connecting the bracket (4) with the shelf (5). The bracket (4) has a U-shaped cross-section. The connector element (6) comprises an insert (9), which is arranged inside the U-shaped cross-section of the bracket (4) and a dowel (10), which extends from the insert (9) into the shelf (5).
SUPPORTING DEVICE
A supporting device is adapted to be mounted on a rack and includes a longitudinal portion, a first mounting portion, and an elastic member. The first mounting portion and the elastic member are both provided on the longitudinal portion. The elastic member is configured to be in one of a locking state and a non-locking state. The elastic member is provided with a second mounting portion. When the first mounting portion is mounted on the rack and the elastic member is in the non-locking state, the second mounting portion is not mounted on the rack. When the first mounting portion is mounted on the rack and the elastic member is in the locking state, the second mounting portion is mounted on the rack.
Suspension system and glider unit
The present disclosure relates to a suspension system comprising a hang standard having slots and being configured to be vertically arranged, and a bracket configured to be attached to the hang standard in a cantilevered fashion using connectors on a proximal end of the bracket that enter slots on along the hang standard. A slider unit is adapted to be mounted on the bracket and to carry a container or other component. A rearwardly extending portion of the slider unit is arranged on the slider unit to reach into one of the slots of the hang standard occupied by a connector of the bracket to prevent the slider unit from tilting forward on the bracket.
Wall-mounted, configurable storage system
In a wall-mounted shelving and/or storage system, vertical standards are mounted to a wall using a plurality of individual cleats arranged in vertical columns and horizontal rows. The width of each cleat is smaller than the width of the standard, so that it can be hidden within the standard when mounted. Formed on the back of each vertical standard are a plurality of transverse edges at predefined intervals, in known spatial relationships with bracket connection points, for cooperating with the cleats to properly position and orient the standards at the correct height with respect to each other.
Post couplers
A post coupler has one or more positive post stops therein limiting extension of an end of a post section in or over the coupler beyond the stop. The stops may be freely extended tabs or stop embossments from or in the coupler flanges. Outside wrap, inside wrap and hidden post couplers are disclosed, as well as assembly methods.
