A sofa-bed includes a fixed frame and a foldable frame connected to the fixed frame and movable between an open configuration defining a bed configuration of the sofa-bed and a closed configuration defining a sofa configuration of the sofa-bed. The foldable frame includes levers hinged to the fixed frame. The sofa-bed includes at least a pair of tie rods made of elastomeric material, wherein each tie rod extends along a substantially longitudinal direction. A first end of each one of the tie rods is connected to fixed frame and a second end of each of the tie rods opposed with respect to the first end is associated to at least one of the levers.

A combination chair/bed furniture and method of using. The furniture includes a support frame system and a multi-fold cushion assembly adapted to be supported by a frame of the support frame system. The cushion assembly includes folded cushions that define a seat cushion supported by the frame in a chair configuration of the furniture and when extended defines a mattress supported by the frame and at least one mattress support frame of the support frame system in a bed configuration of the furniture. A seat back is supported by the frame in the chair configuration of the furniture and serves as a headboard or additional mattress in the bed configuration.

A seat convertible to a bed. The seat includes a locking mechanism for fixably maintaining a head panel section of the bed in a generally horizontal orientation when the bed is in the deployed configuration and releasing the head panel section from the deployed configuration by a lifting motion. The locking mechanism is connected to the head panel section and a mid-swinging member. The mid-swinging member pivotally attaches to the head panel section and a stationary mounting arm. The stationary mounting arm is fixably attached to a seat frame.

A convertible couch, twin bed, and queen bed includes a U-shaped section having a first arm, a second arm, and a back section; a first end section; a second end section; and first, second and third mattress sections; the first mattress section is rotatably joined to the second mattress section, which is rotatably joined to the third mattress section, which has a first bottom edge and an opposing second bottom edge; the first mattress section has an internal first edge and an opposing internal section edge; the internal first edge has a second portion of the first zipper, and the internal second edge has a second portion of the second zipper; the first zipper releasably joins the first end section and the first mattress section, and the second zipper releasably joins the second end section and the first mattress section.

A convertible sofa bed includes a U-shaped section having a first arm and a second arm; a first end section; a second end section; and first, second and third mattress sections; the first mattress section is rotatably joined to the second mattress section, which is rotatably joined to the third mattress section, which has a first bottom edge and an opposing second bottom edge; the first mattress section has an internal first edge and an opposing internal section edge; the internal first edge has a second portion of the first closure element, and the internal second edge has a second portion of the second closure element; the first closure element releasably joins the first end section and the first mattress section, and the second closure element releasably joins the second end section and the first mattress section.

A foldable sofa-bed includes: a base having a cavity; a bed with a seat section and a subseat section, each of the seat section and the subseat section including a cushion and an underlying panel; and a bed folding mechanism attached to the base, subseat and seat. The bed folding mechanism is configured to move the bed between a folded position, in which the seat and subseat sections are generally horizontally disposed and positioned in vertically stacked relationship in the cavity of the base, with the seat and subseat cushions facing upwardly, and an unfolded position, in which the seat and subseat sections are horizontally disposed and aligned to form a sleeping surface.

A bed frame having a solid deck for a convertible sofa is provided. The bed frame comprises a pair of side rails and a bottom rail. The bed frame comprises at least a torso frame and a foot frame where the foot frame folds and unfolds with the torso frame to place the convertible sofa in the sofa configuration (folds) or the sleeping configuration (unfolds). The bed frame has at least one solid deck coupled to the torso frame of the bed frame.

A bed frame having a solid deck for a convertible sofa is provided. The bed frame comprises a pair of side rails and a bottom rail. The invention discloses a sofa bed, comprising: a sofa seat including a bottom frame; a movable frame installed on the bottom frame to reciprocate; a driving device to drive the movable frame to reciprocate; a folding frame rotatably mounted on the movable frame; a first transmission device to drive the rotation of the folding frame, the first transmission device is used to drive the folding frame to be folded to form a rest sofa in a first position; the first transmission device is used to drive the folding frame to unfold to form a rest bed in a second position. The first transmission device drives the folding frame to perform automatic folding, the problem of inconvenient operation is solved. The driving device drives the movable frame to generate high-frequency reciprocating motion, the user can turn on a vibration mode to relax, enriching the functions of the sofa bed and improves the user experience.

A foot-lifting device for sofas, comprising: a fixed element configured to be constrained in substantially vertical position to the front portion of the structure of a sofa; a footrest which is movable with respect to the fixed element between a closed configuration and an open configuration; a connection kinematism of the footrest to the fixed element; in a closed configuration the footrest is substantially vertical, in open configuration the footrest is in rotated position upwards and translated onwards with respect to the sofa with respect to the position assumed in closed configuration, in that in both the open and closed configurations the extension of the device is wholly in front of the front portion of the structure of the sofa, and in that the kinematism comprises a chain of four articulated quadrilaterals, wherein: both the first and the second quadrilateral comprise a side integral to the fixed element.
