Bunk bed
A double bunk bed loft system having a staircase and landing on both the lower and upper levels which create hallways between the individual bunks. The hallway allows for users to stand up, but because the placement of upper bunks is over the lower bunks above the beds, the entire bunk system is shorter and saves vertical space. To create a more spacious feel for the lower bunk, the system is designed using exposed beams to support the upper bunk. The upper level remains open to add height.

TWO COLOR PROCESS
The invention is a method of manufacturing a multi-color molded furniture item made by a multi-step molding process using heat zone control in the mold to apply different plastic charges to predefined portions of the mold. Controlling zones of the mold with heat by zone heating and thermal insulators separating mold zones for molding a part of different plastics differing in characteristics such as color, durability, surface finish and chemical resistance.
Convertible Bed System
A convertible bed system is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the system provides at least one substantially horizontally oriented guide rail configured for being secured within a room in a position substantially parallel with a substantially vertically oriented wall of the room. A pair of substantially vertically oriented first and second wall supports are positioned substantially parallel with the wall of the room and slidably engaged with the at least one guide rail in a side-by-side arrangement. A substantially horizontally oriented first bed frame is secured to the first wall support and is sized and configured for supporting a first mattress thereon. A substantially horizontally oriented second bed frame is secured to the second wall support and is sized and configured for supporting a second mattress thereon. The first and second bed frames are capable of selectively moving between one of a joined position—forming a single bed—and a separated position—forming a pair of beds.

Intensive Use Furniture
The invention is an intensive use furniture item made by a two step molding process using heat zone control in the mold to dispense different plastic charges into the mold while controlling zones of the mold with heat being applied and thermal insulators separating mold zones for molding the bed or part of plastics differing in characteristics such as color, durability, surface finish and chemical resistance.
Toddler bunk beds
The present invention relates to toddler bunk beds which are a space-saving furniture assembly that is ideal to accommodate multiple children in a single room. The toddler bunk beds comprise multiple beds independently mounted at safe heights and feature side rails to prevent toddlers from falling out and sustaining serious injuries. The toddler bunk beds include a storage drawer at the bottom area of the furniture assembly to keep the belongings of children and to conserve space. The toddler bunk beds are toddler friendly with appropriately sized beds to accommodate toddlers. The present invention offers a safe and comfortable bunk bed furniture assembly for toddlers.
Rotationally-molded wall bunk
In one aspect, a wall bunk is provided that includes a rotationally molded body having an overall length, a mounting portion of the body, and an elongate bed pan. The bed pan has a lower wall including a mattress support surface and a front wall. The lower wall includes curved wall portions at internal kiss-offs of the body. The mattress support surface has recesses defined at least in part by the curved wall portions for collecting moisture. The wall bunk further includes a rail configured to be connected to the front wall of the bed pan. With the rail connected to the front wall, the front wall has an uncovered portion with a length that is at least forty percent of the overall length of the body to provide a lateral opening for ingress and egress relative to the wall bunk.
