A canvas tensioning mechanism for a cot has a support component (2) which has a first support rod (21) and a second support rod (22) respectively extending toward two sides of the canvas; a fixed fastener (3) is disposed on the top of the first support rod (21) and is capable of being buckled on one of the two side rods (1); a movable fastener (4) is rotatably disposed on the top of the second support rod (22) and is capable of being buckled on the other side rod (1). A leisure bed has a piece of canvas, two side rods and at least two canvas tensioning mechanisms. The canvas tensioning mechanism can easily tension and mount the canvas by a small force, and is convenient to tension the canvas and high in tightness.

Various embodiments for a collapsible cot are provided. A collapsible cot can include a first telescoping member, a second telescoping member, and folding support mechanisms. Each of the folding support mechanisms can include a crossmember, a first arm having a first end pivotably coupled to a first side of the crossmember and a second end slidably coupled to the first telescoping member, and a second arm having a first end pivotably coupled to a second side of the crossmember and a second end slidably coupled to the second telescoping member. The second end of the first arm and second arm can include a coupler having a cross-section having a shape and size similar to a cross-section of the first telescoping member and the second telescoping member.

A mattress assembly comprising a mattress with or without a sleeve and a suspension support is disclosed. The suspension support is attached directly to the mattress and provides support for a portion of the body of user while reclining on the mattress over the rear foot wells of a vehicle.

A tent mattress assembly for inhibiting water from entering a tent includes a plurality of panels. Each of the panels may be positioned on a support surface. Each of the panels removably engages one another such that the plurality of panels forms a mattress. Thus, the mattress may support a floor of a tent thereby facilitating a user to sleep on the mattress. A bag is provided and each of the panels is selectively stored in the bag.

The present invention is directed to a lightweight, packable, all-terrain cot, tent or other apparatus that is designed to fit a multitude of configurations for use in different terrain situations. The apparatus is uniquely supported by a series of arch rods, tail and head bars, and sets of cables, that provide support for weight placed on the apparatus in a variety of environments regardless of whether the setting for said apparatus is a flat surface.

At least one embodiment of the inventive technology may be a disassemblable platform system in a pickup truck cab, or other vehicle, such as, but not limited to, a SUV or van that (after installation), comprises: a plurality of panels (generally, 40, as installed) relatively positioned to form a flat, raised rigid platform 41 in a pickup truck cab and that is elevated above lower seat cushions, where such panels include two rear panels 1,2 (i.e., in the rear seat area), a driver area panel 3, a passenger area panel 6, and a console area panel 42 between said driver area panel and said passenger area panel. The system further includes horizontal supports 43 that underlie at least some of said panels, such horizontal supports including at least two right-left horizontal support bars 44 (i.e., a horizontal support bar that is installed in a right-left direction defined by the vehicle); and panel-attached horizontal supports 45, each of which is attached to a panel to which it is dedicated.

A canvas tensioning mechanism for a cot has a support component (2) which has a first support rod (21) and a second support rod (22) respectively extending toward two sides of the canvas; a fixed fastener (3) is disposed on the top of the first support rod (21) and is capable of being buckled on one of the two side rods (1); a movable fastener (4) is rotatably disposed on the top of the second support rod (22) and is capable of being buckled on the other side rod (1). A leisure bed has a piece of canvas, two side rods and at least two canvas tensioning mechanisms. The canvas tensioning mechanism can easily tension and mount the canvas by a small force, and is convenient to tension the canvas and high in tightness.

A seat system and assembly. A seat system may include a removable, repositionable elongated flexible body and a collapsible frame. The elongated flexible body may include an upper tapered portion and a lower tapered portion. The collapsible frame may have an elastic cord securing a plurality of interconnectable members. The result is a seat assembly to receive a weight of a user in a semi-reclined position and removable from the collapsible frame to a storage position.

New forms of towels, mats, tarps and other ground-covering sheets, and other devices, systems and methods providing protection from sand, dust, debris, and fluids are provided. In some aspects of the invention, ground covering sheets with an inherent guard, partially around a periphery of the sheets, are provided. In several embodiments, specialized ground-covering sheets are provided with reinforced, specialized sections configured to receive and hold legs, ground stakes and/or other parts related to structures to be mounted in, on or about such ground-covering sheets. In some such embodiments, such reinforced, specialized sections include a matrix of expandable receiving brackets, through which the support legs, ground stakes and/or other parts can penetrate, and reach and obtain direct support from the ground below such ground-covering sheets.

The invention is a portable, easy to assembly camp bunk bed. The invention has a bunk frame system that is designed to be used with any camp cot bed The basic system features 2 frame assemblies, each frame assembly consists of 2 vertical stanchions and 2 lateral support rods. The vertical stanchions each have two cot bed support blocks with longitudinal support pins installed. Lateral support rods are used to secure the vertical stanchions together. In one style, the frame is secured with hook and loop type fastener straps. In the preferred style, the straps are replaced with a new fastening system for the cot using threaded posts and knobs. The cot is also modified so that it is designed specifically for the preferred bunk bed system. Finally, adapter posts are used to allow the bunk bed to be converted to a singe cot, if desired.
