FOLDABLE BED ASSEMBLY
A foldable bed assembly includes first and second frame units and two hinge units. The first frame unit includes two first longitudinal frames, and a first transverse frame. The second frame unit includes two second longitudinal frames and a second transverse frame. The second frame unit is pivotable relative to the first frame unit and convertible between a normal state, where the first transverse frame is spaced apart from the second transverse frame, and a folded state, where the second longitudinal frames are respectively overlaid on the first longitudinal frames and the first transverse frame is overlaid on the second transverse frame.
BED FRAME AND SUPPORT MEMBER FOR BED FRAME
The present disclosure provides a foldable bed frame and associated methods for deploying the foldable bed frame. The bed frame may comprise one or more supporting members for supporting at least a portion of the bed frame, wherein the one or more supporting members comprise: a first bar comprising an opening; a second bar comprising a groove having a first end and a second end; and a locking mechanism comprising an elastic element and a pin. The pin may be inserted into (i) the opening of the first bar and (ii) the groove of the second bar to couple the first and second bars together. The first and second bars may be movable relative to each other when the pin is moved from a first position to a second position in response to a force applied to the elastic element.
Compact foldable frame
A frame includes a mounting assembly having a plurality of mounting members connected to or integrally formed with each other. The frame also includes first and second leg assemblies pivotally connected with the mounting assembly at first and second sides of the mounting assembly, respectively. The first and second leg assemblies are foldable into an interior defined by the mounting assembly and, when folded, are substantially on the same plane as the mounting assembly. The frame further includes one or more supporting assemblies to help stabilize the first and second leg assemblies and support the mounting assembly when the frame is unfolded. Thus, the frame is compact when folded and stable when in use.
FOLDABLE BED FRAME
A foldable bed frame comprising two symmetrically arranged unit bed frames is provided. The two unit bed frames are hinged to each other at their connection. A unit bed frame is further provided with a first plurality of support legs in hinge connection with the unit bed frame. The direction in which the plurality of first support legs fold is perpendicular to the direction in which the unit bed frame folds. Both the folding and unfolding of the foldable bed frame are very simple and convenient, and the volume after folding is small, which facilitates storage and transport.
Folding Bed
Disclosed is a folding bed, comprising a connecting rod assembly, a folding bed frame, a thigh board, a shank board and a first driving device, thigh board is rotatably connected to shank board; connecting rod assembly comprises two first connecting rods, two second connecting rods and a first linking rod, one end of the first connecting rod is slidably connected to shank board, and another end is rotatably connected to the folding bed frame; one end of the second connecting rod is rotatably connected to the first connecting rod, another end of the second connecting rod is used for driving thigh board of the folding bed to rotate, and the two ends of first linking rod are fixedly connected to the two first connecting rods, respectively; the first driving device is used for pushing the first linking rod to drive shank board and thigh board to move.
FOLDABLE ELECTRIC BED FRAME
A foldable electric bed frame is provided which comprises a bottom frame and a push rod; a first board and a second board hinged to each other are disposed on the top of the bottom frame, one end of the push rod is rotatably connected to a side edge of the second board through a connection device which comprises a height adjusting piece and a height locking piece; a distance from the height adjusting piece to the second board in a working state is larger than a distance from the height adjusting piece to the second board in a folded state, and the height locking piece locks a position of the height adjusting piece in the working state to solve the problem of an increased thickness of a folded bed board resulting from increase of an angle of inclination of a push rod in the prior art.
ADJUSTABLE BED SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS
A bed system with multiple functions includes a frame structure; a plurality of platforms disposed on the frame structure; an adjustable assembly coupled with the frame structure and the plurality of platforms for operably adjusting one or more of the plurality of platforms in desired positions; a plurality of fans mounted onto openings in the plurality of platforms and adapted for operably providing air circulation in a surrounding space of the bed system, and an aromatherapy system attached onto the one or more platforms for producing desired fragrance in the surrounding space so as to promote health and well-being of a user. Each aromatherapy device is configured to produce a fragrance when said aromatherapy device is turned on, and one or more working modes. The fragrance is identical to or different from that produced by other aromatherapy device of the one or more aromatherapy devices.
Packaged Mattress Foundation for Stacking on a Pallet
A packaged mattress foundation is sized to fit on the most common sized pallets with a minimum height per packaged mattress foundation to maximize a number of packaged mattress foundations that can be fit in a given allowable height for a pallet stack. Maximizing the number of merchandise on a give pallet is particularly important to “big-box retailers” that display merchandise stacked on pallets as shipped. To minimize the height of the packaged mattress foundation, components such as motors, frames, and boarders are distinct (i.e., not overlapping) when the two panels are folded, like a clamshell, for shipping.
HINGED UNDERFRAME OF A FOLDING BED
Disclosed is a hinged underframe of a folding bed, which includes a structural main body which comprises hinged middle legs and connectors fixedly arranged on the hinged middle legs. Screw holes are symmetrically defined in each connector, a clamping piece is arranged between the screw holes and is located at the outer side of the corresponding connector, and the top end of each connector is of a planar structure. According to the disclosure, bed legs and a bed frame are folded in half in a space staggering manner, space minimization is achieved, the top of each connector is in plane contact with a bed surface, the supporting force of middle legs on a bed body is maximized, the mutual pressure between pipe orifices of a bed underframe generates interaction to guarantee the relative perpendicularity of the middle legs and the bed surface and to prevent the middle legs from swinging. The hinged underframe of the folding bed disclosed by the disclosure has the advantages of no need of installation, strong supporting force, stability, difficulty in swinging and convenience in packaging and transportation.
COLLAPSIBLE FOLDING BOX SPRING ASSEMBLY
A collapsible folding box spring assembly comprising a first subassembly that includes top and bottom frame portions; a second subassembly that includes a top and bottom frame portions; first and second T-brackets positioned between the first and second subassemblies in a hinged configuration, wherein the top frame portion of the first subassembly and the top frame portion of the second subassembly are both attached to the T-brackets at a first axis, wherein the bottom frame portion of the subassembly is attached to the T-brackets at a second axis; and wherein the bottom frame portion of the second subassembly is attached to the T-brackets at a third axis; and a plurality of rotating Z-links located between the top and bottom frame portions of the first and second subassemblies for expanding the frame portions when in an open configuration, and collapsing the frame portions when in a closed configuration.
