Bedding Foundation Having Multiple Lift Actuators For Massage Effect
A bedding foundation has a linear actuator for moving a roller carriage forward and backwards. The roller carriage includes wheels which move along rails supported below a rigid platform having an opening extending through the platform. The roller carriage includes a lifter which raises and lowers a roller independently of the movement of the linear actuator. Regardless of the position of the linear actuator, the roller may be raised or lowered. The roller moves back and forth inside the opening extending through the rigid platform and imparts a massage movement to a mattress above the foundation.

ARRANGEMENT WITH A PLURALITY OF SPRING ELEMENTS FOR A CUSHION SUPPORT
An arrangement of spring elements for a cushion support is provided, having a plurality of spring elements, at which between a base and a support disc spring arms are arranged in each case, wherein the spring elements are arranged lying next to one another in such a manner that the support discs of the plurality of spring elements jointly define a support area and connecting elements are interconnected via the spring elements in such a manner that the spring elements are fixed in their position relative to one another, wherein the connecting elements are formed in one piece and are integrally molded onto the spring elements. The application furthermore includes a stack of spring element arrangements.

Machine and method for assembling a bedding foundation
An apparatus for assembling a bedding foundation having spring modules and a frame includes a support configured to receive the frame, a bridge disposed over the support, and staplers movably coupled to the bridge and positioned over the support, each stapler configured to staple a spring module to the frame. The apparatus also includes cameras coupled to the bridge and positioned over the support. Each stapler is operatively associated with one of the cameras and each camera is positioned to provide a field of view toward the support. The apparatus also includes a driver configured to move the frame relative to the support and a controller in communication with the cameras and the driver, the controller configured to receive vision guidance signals from one of the cameras to direct movement of the driver and of the stapler operatively associated with the one of the cameras.

Modular bed
A modular bed includes a base frame unit and a plurality of support frame units mounted on the base frame unit to be displaced from each other. Each of the support frame units has a lead bar, a trailing bar, four mounting frames, a support panel, and four bent leaf springs each coupling the support panel to a respective one of the mounting frames so as to provide cushioning effect for the support panel in response to movement of the support panel from an unloaded position to a loaded position.
