Flexible member with adjustable stiffness for lying and/or sitting furniture
The invention relates to a flexible member with adjustable stiffness for lying and/or sitting furniture. This member includes one or more inner spring(s) oriented along a central axis, one or more pair(s) of outer helical springs about the central axis, and a rotating part able to rotate, about the central axis, between a blocking position and an unblocking position. Each pair of outer helical springs includes an upper outer helical spring and a lower outer helical spring, connected by a corresponding hinge, which has a pivot axis orthogonal to the central axis. In the blocking position, the rails engage the corresponding hinges of the pairs of the outer helical spring, so as to prevent radial displacement, relative to the central axis, of the corresponding hinges, while the unblocking position allows the radial displacement of each corresponding hinge.

Spring modules for an adjustable sleeping system. At least some of the example embodiments are spring modules comprising: a spring rail, and a plurality of adjustable spring assemblies spaced along the length of the spring rail. DETACHABLE PORTABLE SPRING BED
A detachable portable spring bed has a bed frame, a spring group, a cushion; the bed frame is detachable, wherein when used, the bed frame is held up, the spring is detachably assembled to the bed frame, the cushion is lay on the springs, when in packing state, the springs are detached and overlapped, the bed frame is detached to components; the spring group, the components of the bed frame, the cushion are collectively packed or independently packed. The bed frame, the spring group, the cushion are detachable.

A mattress includes a top face, a bottom face, a pair of opposing sides defining a mattress width there between, a first microcoil support foam layer and a second microcoil support foam layer. The first microcoil support foam layer includes a plurality of first pockets and a plurality of first protrusions, and the second microcoil support foam layer includes a plurality of second pockets and a plurality of second protrusions. A plurality of separate microcoil cells are formed as lines of microcoils having a width of a single microcoil and a length containing sufficient number of microcoils such that the line of microcoils spans the mattress width. A bedding or seating product comprises a pocketed spring assembly comprising a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. The strings of springs may extend from head-to-foot or side-to-side of the product. Adjacent individually pocketed springs are separated from each other by at least one separating seam. Each of the separating seams comprises a pair of Y-shaped or U-shaped seams which may be joined together or spaced apart.
