A slatted grate for reclining or seating furniture, includes a frame for receiving at least two zone elements, in which at least one slat is arranged on the zone elements. The slatted grate further includes an elastic longitudinal bracing member, and the zone elements are connected to one another and/or to a transverse side of the frame by the longitudinal bracing member. A support member is fastened to the frame for mounting the at least two zone elements along a longitudinal extension of the frame, and at least one elastic transverse bracing element is provided. The zone elements are connected to a longitudinal side of the frame by a transverse bracing member.

A slatted grate for reclining or seating furniture, includes a frame for receiving at least two zone elements, in which at least one slat is arranged on the zone elements. The slatted grate further includes an elastic longitudinal bracing member, and the zone elements are connected to one another and/or to a transverse side of the frame by the longitudinal bracing member. A support member is fastened to the frame for mounting the at least two zone elements along a longitudinal extension of the frame, and at least one elastic transverse bracing element is provided. The zone elements are connected to a longitudinal side of the frame by a transverse bracing member.

A cover (8) for a mattress (6) or a cushion (3) of a piece of furniture (1) with a utilized side (10) and a back side (11), wherein on the back side (11) there is a receiving device for bottom spring cushioning (12) which has spring strips (15), wherein at least one spring strip (15) is made of a fiber-reinforced plastic material with a preferably pultruded fiber core (16) and a plastic jacket (17) which surrounds the fiber core (16). It is provided that on opposite sides of the jacket (17) one jacket side (18) at a time sticks out for an enlarged support surface of the spring strip (15).

A mattress carrier (1) comprising a base structure (2) to which compressible means can be attached directly or indirectly, wherein the base structure (2) comprises an opening (3, 11) and wherein said mattress carrier (1) comprises a panel (4, 5) which can be moved through the opening (3, 11) and to which compressible means can be attached directly or indirectly, wherein said panel (4, 5) is movable between a top position in which said panel (4, 5) extends in a plane located above the plane of the base structure (2), and a bottom position in which said panel (4, 5) extends in a plane located below the plane of the base structure (2).

A bed frame having flexible slats which are adjustable in a horizontal plane and having at least one bearing element for supporting one end of at least one flexible slat on a longitudinal beam of the bed frame is provided. The bearing element is movable over an arbitrary displacement path along the longitudinal beam. The bearing element includes a housing which accommodates the respective end of the flexible slat and in which at least one spring-loaded detent device, which is actuatable by hand, is situated and which engages with associated receiving profiles in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beam and is lockable at that location.
