Embodiments of chair systems incorporating trekking poles include a low-back design employing fixed-length trekking poles, and a high-back design employing adjustable-length trekking poles that allow for adjusting the recline angle of the chair. The chair system generally includes a tubular frame that releasably engages a flexible seat. Further components may be blowmolded such as a backrest. The arm rest forms and backrest may be reinforced with metal plates and assembled into a recliner. A modular sectional sofa is further provided, the side edge on the upper surface of the bottom frame is provided with four holes or slots, and the hook body on the inner side surface of the backrest frame are connected in any two holes or slots, and the backrest frame is connected with any side of the bottom frame. This reduces the size and the weight of sofa to improve the convenience of sofa handling. There are a variety of combinations. The present disclosure is strongly stable after assemble and convenient for people to use.

A modular furniture system is for a variety of purposes and includes at least one furniture base module consisting of a backrest element, a seat base module, two upholstery elements and a plurality of foot elements. The backrest element and the seat base module are capable of being connected and fastened by the foot elements without the use of tools, so that the furniture base module is capable of being packed ready for assembly in a shipping carton with low dimensions, in particular with dimensions up to 120 cm×60 cm×60 cm, and with a reduced weight, in particular with a weight of less than 30 kg.

The invention relates to a backrest support for a seating furniture, in particular for an office chair.
