Ergonomic Method for Working in Confined Work Spaces
An ergonomic method for working in confined work spaces is disclosed. The method, in some cases, includes the steps of: a) providing a support structure that is generally in the configuration of a rectangular prism having six faces, a length, width, and a height in which the length, width, and height differ from one another so that the structure provides three different height positions when the support structure is placed on the floor of the workspace; b) placing the support structure with one of its faces in contact with a contoured floor surface in a confined work space; and c) sitting or standing on the support structure.
FOAM SEAT WITH REMOVABLE NESTING INSERT INCLUDING HEXAGON CONFIGURATION
A foam-based seating furniture with an enclosure is provided. The foam-based seating furniture includes main body, a cutout opening formed in the main body, fitted fabric configured to encase the main body, and a removable nesting insert configured to friction fit within the cutout opening. The removable nesting insert can be inserted into the cutout opening, or removed, to provide a myriad of seating arrangements. The main body can be provided in a variety of geometries, including a square with a square removable nesting insert, a circle with a base and a circular removable nesting insert, and a hexagon having a circular nesting insert.

FOAM CHAIR WITH BACK STIFFENER
A chair is made of foam, and includes a back stiffener that reinforces the back of the chair so the back does not collapse backwards when someone leans back and puts significant weight on the back of the chair. The back stiffener can be made of a variety of different materials and can have a variety of different configurations.
Cushion
An apparatus for improving blood flow in a user's leg and improving posture is disclosed herein. The apparatus is a portable seating cushion that a user may sit upon, which improves blood flow by reducing point-pressure that may otherwise be applied to nerves and blood vessels in a user's leg, including the sciatic nerve. Moreover, the portable seating cushion improves posture by creating a forward pelvic tilt, which causes the rest of the user's shoulders, spine, back, and neck to come into alignment when the user sits on the cushion.
