A child carrier comprises a main body attached to a waist belt and one or more shoulder bands attached to the main body for carrying a child, the child carrier having an inside for facing the user and carrying the child. The main body comprises a central portion and side portions on lateral opposite sides of the central portion. The waist belt has a height defined by a top edge and a bottom edge. The central portion is attached to the waist belt at a central attachment location. Each side portion is attached to the waist belt towards the inside thereof at a respective side attachment location located laterally adjacent and below the central attachment location, and free from the waist belt for a height of at least 3 cm from the top edge, such that each of the thus-attached side portions is movable along the top edge.

A wearable child carrier to be worn by a person to carry a child close to his torso includes a hip belt and a child seat with a seat bottom and a backrest. The child carrier includes a pair of suspension beams for transferring a load from the child seat to the hip support. Each suspension beam has a beam body with a proximal beam end being connected to the hip support. Each beam body is connected to the backrest of the child seat. The connection to the backrest is beneficial in that an improved load transfer from the child seat to the hips is obtained. In addition, the beam body may form a leg restraint for the child to provide lateral stability.

A baby carrier having a load distribution function according to the present invention may include: a band portion formed to be supported on a user's waist; a hip seat portion provided in front of the band portion and formed to seat a baby thereon; a back plate disposed behind the band portion and formed to be supported on an upper end of a user's hip; at least one moving member formed to vary a connection position of the band portion to the back plate; and a fastener unit formed to move the moving member to bring the back plate into close contact with a user's body or release a close contact state.

An infant support apparatus. The apparatus comprising a waistband adjustably secured about a user's waist that includes a female snap buckle member, and a support member having an adjustable strap and a sling portion. The adjustable strap is detachably coupled to the female snap buckle member such that the adjustable strap is pulled over a shoulder of the user and the sling portion is allowed to hang down over the user's chest. The sling portion forms a loop wherein the user may place a portion of the user's forearm to support and retain the user's forearm in a substantially horizontal position.

A baby carrier includes: a belt part configured to be fixed to a waist of a wearer; a hip seat coupled to the belt part and configured to support a hip of a baby; and a fastener part including a first fastening member connected to the belt part and a second fastening member connected to the hip seat and removably coupled to the first fastening member. The present invention relates to a baby carrier belt, and more particularly, to a no-noise detachable baby carrier belt, which does not generate noise when the belt is fastened and unfastened so as to prevent a baby or an infant who is sleeping in a baby carrier from awaking from sleep due to noise generated when the belt is fastened and unfastened.

The invention provides a new stirrup design for children, that secures the foot preventing unwanted movement, thus making the footing more stable and safer, preventing bouncing off, sliding forward, or sliding sideways. In the event the passenger dismounts, the invention is specially designed to release its grip on the foot enabling easy removal. In the event the passenger falls backward, the invention has a specific malleable design to enable the foot to pivot up and back, thus preventing the foot from getting entangled or trapped.
