INTEGRATED CHANGING TABLE
An integrated changing table assembly includes a pivoting panel associated with a vehicle seatback, the pivoting panel including at least one deployable leg member configured for engaging a vehicle cargo area floor when the pivoting panel is deployed. The pivoting panel may be stowed in a recess defined in the vehicle seatback. Additional features may include a safety strap associated with a topmost surface of the deployed panel and a holder associated with a surface of the pivoting panel.
AIRCRAFT LAVATORY UNIT
Provided is an Aircraft Lavatory Unit 20 that ensures lavatory user comfort while facilitating diaper changing.
The Aircraft Lavatory Unit 20 includes a Diaper Changing Table 10 on which an infant can be placed and which can be selectively changed between a Housed State in which the Diaper Changing Table 10 is housed in a Wall Surface and a Pulled-Out State in which the Diaper Changing Table 10 is pulled out from the Wall Surface; and a display 25 which is disposed to face the Diaper Changing Table 10 in the Pulled-Out State and display still images or videos.
STRAP-RETRACTION SLOWING MECHANISM AND DIAPER-CHANGING TABLE INCORPORATING SAME
A changing table comprising a strap-retraction slowing mechanism which allows for slower, more controlled security strap retraction so a child on a changing table is not injured by a fast-retracting strap. One embodiment of a security strap-retraction slowing mechanism comprises a mounting bracket, a strap reel assembly, a constant force spring, a first speed reduction gear, a second speed reduction gear, a rotary speed damper, wherein the damper is bi-directional so it damps the rotation in one direction and in the other direction it does not damp the rotation. One embodiment of a retractable security-strap system comprises a strap-retraction slowing mechanism housed in a cavity, a retractable strap, a strap end fitting, and a strap-securing means.
Projection system for baby-changing station translucent displays and methods of operating thereof
A system is provided. The system includes a translucent display positioned such that a first face is a display face and that a second face is a projection face and at least one projector configured to project an image on the second face of the translucent display. The image is displayed on the first face. The system also includes at least one sensor configured to transmit a signal when triggered and a projector controller in communication with the at least one projector and the at least one sensor. The projector controller is programmed to receive a signal from the at least one sensor and instruct the at least one projector to project at least one image on the translucent display in response to the signal from the at least one sensor.
Mobile Diaper Changing Station
The inventive concept discloses a portable diaper changing stand comprising a horizontally oriented platform, connected by a hinge mechanism to a vertically-oriented frame. The fame and platform, being hingedly connected, may either be deployed opposite each other by optimally, a ninety (90) degree angle, or folded together to form a compacted unit. The vertical frame also contains a recessed compartment for storage of various items. The diaper changing stand is constructed so as to provide for vertical mounting or placement on the surface of a bench, sofa, or similar seating structure. This is accomplished by means of U-brackets secured to the top of the frame and an extendable horizontal support bar that is vertically adjustable.
DIAPER CHANGING TABLES AND METHODS OF USING THEREOF
A changing table comprises a wall assembly and a tray assembly. The wall assembly comprises wall housing, a transparent-to-UV-light panel, and a UV light source. The wall assembly and tray assembly form a changeable angle α in between them. The tray assembly comprises an exterior first surface and an interior second surface. The second surface is configured to receive an infant and at least a portion of UV light generated by the UV light source.
Baby diaper changing station
A baby diaper changing station (10) includes a base (16) that is configured to be in fixed connection with a wall (12). A table (14) is in movable rotatable connection with the base. The table is movable between a use position in which a changing surface (18) extends generally horizontal and faces upward, and a stored position in which the table extends parallel to the wall and in overlying relation of the base. The table is supported through rails (108, 110) that extend in respective channels (102, 104) within the table. Stop pins (154) are configured to stop rotation of the table in the use position and to prevent damage to the changing station from an excessive downward load on the table. The stop pins are frangible so that if an excessive load is applied, the pins bend and break without causing damage to other structures. The changing station can be returned to service by replacement of the stop pins.
