CONFIGURABLE UNIVERSAL BAG HOLDER
Examples provide a universal bag holder for storing multiple different types of bags on a single bag holder device. The bag holder includes a bag receptacle for holding folded paper bags or folded reusable bags, such as cloth bags. An access window in one side of the receptacle enables a user to retrieve items which may fall into the receptacle. The bag holder also includes a bag support rack having a set of bag support arms for supporting plastic bags or reusable bags on the arms. The loops on the plastic or reusable bags are placed over the bag support arms. A paper bag that has been unfolded can also be supported between the bag support arms. A label holder permits placement of price tags or other information labels for the bags. The bag holder can be attached to pre-existing bagging area fixtures for ease of use.
REPOSITIONABLE BAG-RETAINING DEVICE
Aspects described herein include an apparatus for retaining a bag, and a related checkout system. The apparatus comprises a base portion that is positionable, by a user, at any of a plurality of positions along a surface. The base portion comprises one or more attachment members operable by the user to removably attach the base portion to the surface at a selected position of the plurality of positions. The apparatus further comprises a support portion projecting upwardly from the base portion, and one or more arms projecting outwardly from the support portion. The one or more arms are dimensioned to receive one or more handles of the bag.
Rack system for storage and access of re-sealable bags
A method and device for hanging a storage bag having a re-sealable mechanical seal having a clip with a generally elongate enclosure of the storage bag proximate the re-sealable mechanical seal. The clip arms are flexibly connected to a living hinge for enclosure of a storage bag which may be slid into and out of the rack via the interiorly positioned opposing parallel rails by contact between the lower side of the clip arms and the upper surface of the opposing rails. The clip arms and opposing parallel rails of the rack may be configured with recesses or ridges to lock the position of the clips within the rack during use. A top carrier aperture allows insertion of a carrier rod allowing multiple racks to be adjacently positioned. The rack may be configured with a fastener aperture to allow attachment of the rack to other structures.

A pack of bags is disclosed having folded sides being folded in the back towards the middle portion thereof to form a gap therebetween. The pack of bags maybe enveloped by a sleeve. The pack of bags with or without the sleeve is suspended form a rack by inserting a hooks or hooks of the rack in the opening or openings at the disposable upper portion of the pack. The rack has an extension that abuts the upper middle portion of the back of the pack of bags in the gap formed between the folded sides and biases the back towards the front to facilitate the removal of bags.
Dispenser bag container and dispenser rack
A bag container dispenser includes a bag container. The container is formed of resilient material and has a bottom, a top, first and second sides, a front, a back and a removable access panel. The access panel has a top segment that includes a portion of the top and a connected front segment. The front segment has a height that extends from the bottom to the top. Stacked bags are sized and shaped to fit within the bag container. Each of the bags has a front wall, a back wall, an open top and a closure mechanism. The bags are dispensable from the container through an opening provided by removal of the access panel which may have a removable cover. A dispenser rack has a horizontal platform sized and shaped to support the bag container. Peripheral guards extend upward from the platform and constrain movement of the container during dispensing.

Aspects described herein include an apparatus is disclosed for retaining a collapsible tote. The apparatus comprises a base, a projecting member having a first end attached to the base, and an engagement member attached to the projecting member at a second end opposite the first end. The engagement member defines one or more slots extending into the engagement member from a top surface. At each slot of the one or more slots, portions of the engagement member that define the slot are configured to, responsive to receiving a respective portion of a handle of the collapsible tote into the slot, apply a force to retain the respective portion of the handle.
