To be able to keep warm or to cool products that are placed on the individual shelves (6) of a dispensing shelf (1), the shelves (6) are embodied as electrically operated temperature-control panels (50), wherein the temperature-control panels (50) as well as particularly the base frame (19) of the dispensing shelf (1) are adjusted to each other in a specific manner.

In order to be able to assemble dispensing shelves (1) e.g. according to different hygiene regulations in a simple manner from individual elements of a kit different variants of the dispensing shelf (1) according to the invention are proposed which are characterized among other things by different configurations of its front side (3) with more or less restricted access for hygienic protection of the products arranged therein up to a separated storage space (2) and retrieving space (4).

In one example embodiment, a system for treating a tissue site is disclosed comprising a dressing adapted to contact the tissue site and provide a fluid seal between a therapeutic environment and a local external environment, and a solution source fluidly coupled to the dressing and adapted to deliver an antimicrobial solution comprising a peroxy α-keto carboxylic acid, such as peroxy pyruvic acid, to the tissue interface. The system may further comprise a negative-pressure source fluidly coupled to the dressing and adapted to provide negative pressure to the therapeutic environment after delivery of the antimicrobial fluid to the therapeutic environment. In another example embodiment, a method for treating a tissue site is disclosed comprising positioning a tissue interface to contact the tissue site, covering the tissue interface and the tissue site with a drape to provide a fluid seal between the therapeutic environment and the local external environment, and delivering an antimicrobial solution comprising peroxy α-keto carboxylic acid to the therapeutic environment before providing negative pressure to the therapeutic environment.

A dispensing device for holding, presenting, and removing baked bakery goods includes at least one dispensing tray having a supply section that enables stocking of the dispensing tray with bakery goods, a removal section for removing the bakery goods, a transport surface arranged between the supply section and the removal section, and a measuring device. The bakery goods pass the measuring device on their way from the supply section to the removal section, and the measuring device registers the presence or absence of the bakery goods and generates corresponding electrical signals.

Dispensing units for baked products, in particular, baguettes, and devices for dispensing baked products which include a dispensing unit are described. Such dispensing units can be found, for example, in supermarkets, with a continuous baking oven being connected upstream of said dispensing units. At a customer's request by pushing on a button it is possible for various, freshly baked or crisped-up baked products to be dispensed from the dispensing unit.

Devices for discharging bakery goods, to be combined with an upstream continuous baking oven, are described. The device has transfer means for transferring bakery goods from a storage unit to discharging means, wherein the discharging means direct the bakery goods to a discharging compartment. The discharging means include a conveying installation and a dispensing installation, wherein the dispensing installation is suppliable by the conveying installation with bakery goods.
