The present system is directed to a modular apparatus that may be assembled and disassembled repeatedly without the use of tools. The modular system includes connectors that may be fixed to the underside of a plank and then engaged with leg portions. The connectors further include channels to accommodate retention members of additional attachments, such as covers, guards, signage, or racks that may be added onto the modular apparatus to increase its utility. The retention members mate with the connectors to connect and securely hold the attachment and can be removed from the connectors all without the need for tools.

A protective enclosure for a food protection system includes a first hinge member, a second hinge member rotatably coupled to the first hinge member, and a coupler selectively repositionable relative to the first hinge member between an engaged position and a disengaged position. Provided is a sneeze guard attachment for creating an air curtain between display food covered by a sneeze guard and a person. The device includes a panel, a frame affixed to the panel that creates a chamber between the panel and the sneeze guard, and a means for forcing air into the chamber. Provided is a canopy cover for a roller grill assembly that works in conjunction with a roller grill food separating device. The canopy includes a pair of support brackets that contact the sidewalls of the roller grill to support the canopy thereon. The canopy support brackets include cutouts for positioning a food separating device on the grill assembly. The configuration of the cutouts allows the food separating device support brackets to rest between the ends of the canopy support brackets and on the roller grill. The canopy further includes a pair of canopy header brackets for supporting a header graphic custom sign positioned above the roller grill. The present invention relates to a flexible shield or guarding barrier device configured to protect a meal or work area from pathogens and accidental spills from beverage containers. The device is a lightweight and portable device that features an angular adjustable shield and a flat base. The flat base in positioned around the edge/rim of a plate or bowl having a meal or working area and the angular adjustable shield is pivotally-coupled to the flat base, thereby enabling a user to move the shield to protect the meal or work area. The shield in a closed state which makes a 10-20 degree angle with the base to maintain maximum coverage of the plate or work area when not in use.
