A refrigerated display case having a front and including a duct to direct an air stream flow through a bottom, a back, and a top of the refrigerated display case, a guide vane communicating with the top of the duct to redirect the air stream flow along the front of the refrigerated display case, and a receiver coupled to the bottom of the duct to accept the air stream flow redirected by the guide vane. The guide vane includes a top wall, a bottom wall, a pair of side walls, a first end region, a second end region, a plurality of internal wall, and a plurality of flow paths extending between the first end region and the second end region and defined between the pair of side walls, and at least two of the top wall, the bottom wall, a first internal wall of the plurality of internal walls, and a second internal wall of the plurality of internal walls.

The present invention relates to a protective reformer device (10) for the protection of an anode section (112) of a fuel cell stack (110) against oxidizing damage during a heating-up process, having a gas duct (20) with a gas inlet (22) and a gas outlet (24) for conducting fuel gas from an anode feed section (120) of the fuel cell stack (110), wherein a catalytic converter section (30) is arranged in the gas duct (20) for a catalytic oxidation of at least part of the fuel gas into a protective gas for feeding to the anode section (112), wherein, furthermore, the gas duct (20) has a temperature control device (40) in thermally transmitting contact with the catalytic converter section (30) for an active temperature control of the catalytic converter section (30).

A system of interchangeable, interconnectable, standardized components that individually, or as an assembly, display stick-mounted and stick-like food and non-food products in a vertical or substantially fashion. Examples of stick-mounted or stick-like objects include lollypops, corn dogs, chop sticks, pens, pencils, markers, and skewers. Other examples may include stick-like tools, such as knives, wrenches, ratchets, or screwdrivers. Still other examples may include stick-like kitchen implements, such as spoons, spatulas, forks, whisks, etc.

A display capable of being easily and quickly constructed from panels, shelving, racks, fixtures, endcaps, stands, or other implements is contemplated. The display may include planar panels capable of being effortlessly and swiftly folded and assembled into a serving stadium having a tiered structure for displaying food and other items in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

The modular cupcake holder system includes a series of hexagon shaped cupcake holders having a plurality of recessed areas (receivers) and pegs (extruded members) arranged on side portions of the cupcake holders. The present invention provides single units that contain a large lower chamber, and one or more display shelves above this chamber on the inside of the unit. A roller grill or other large appliance may be provided in the lower chamber, or the chamber may be left open to display large food products or other items. The shelves may be heated for keeping foods displayed on the shelves warm; however, the shelves need not be heated for food products that do not need to be kept warm. Heating elements, lights and sensors may be adjusted using electronic controls to provide optimum temperatures inside the various chambers of the display units. Display units of the present invention allow store owners to utilize the space above a roller grill or other appliance to merchandise additional food products as opposed to requiring a separate food merchandiser to occupy additional valuable counter space. The performance of the roller grills of the present invention is improved over stand-alone roller grills, thereby reducing the potential for lost sales due to food not being sufficiently heated.

An integrated display coordination system is provided. The system includes a support structure. The system also includes a base, the base interfaced with the support structure, the support structure having a plurality of display surfaces. The system further includes a plurality of posts, each of the plurality of posts affixed to at least one of the plurality of display surfaces. The system includes display item areas, the display item areas are formed by at least one of the plurality of display surfaces and at least one of the plurality of posts affixed to the plurality of display surfaces. The system is configured wherein the support structure and base, when assembled and connected in a shape of a cube, and wherein the interlocking reusable panels are interconnected with dovetail connections and wherein a bottom of the interlocking reusable panels rest on the base.

The present invention provides a cabinet (10) for the temporary storage of a heated food item. The cabinet (10) has a in base (12), a top (14) and opposing sides (16,18). The base (12), top (14) and opposing sides (16,18) define an interior space (20) of the cabinet (10) which is accessible through opposing apertures (22, 24) at each end of the cabinet (10). The cabinet (10) is provided with air movement means and air heating means operable to draw air from the interior space (20) of the cabinet (10), heat said air and utilise a portion of said heated air to produce air curtains across the opposing apertures (22, 24) of the cabinet (10). The remainder of said air is circulated within the interior space (20) of the cabinet (10).
