An anti-theft system for cosmetic products. The anti-theft system includes a fixture adapted to receive cosmetic products, and an anti-theft apparatus coupled to the fixture. The anti-theft apparatus includes a base and at least one finger extending from the base. The at least one finger is adapted to either contact or be disposed adjacent to at least one cosmetic product disposed within the fixture. So configured, the at least one finger is adapted to secure the at least one cosmetic product to the fixture.

A merchandise displaying, storing and dispensing system (MDSDS) that comprises a modular structure made up of multiple cabinets. The design of each cabinet facilitates the insertion, or placing therein, of items that are typically sold in a retail store establishment. Although the MDSDS can be used for many different items, the MDSDS is optimally designed for use with small liquor bottles. The cabinet do not utilize complicated moving parts, but rather gravity to allow liquor bottles to be displayed or stored, and then dispensed when stored, and then the need arises. An accommodation device for accommodating storage containers of pre-assorted goods, including at least one holding frame and a plurality of storage containers for accommodating pre-assorted goods. The holding frame includes a plurality of spaced-apart holders, and each storage device includes a suspension device made to fit one of the holders. Each suspension device is adapted to be attached to one of the holders for suspendingly arranging the respective storage device at the holding frame. At least some of the holders respectively include a safety device which cooperates with the suspension device when the suspension device is attached to a holder and, in a locking position, prevents the suspension device from detaching itself from the respective holder.

An improved container system is capable of automatically aligning or orienting each container to face in a particular orientation. This allows the container to automatically face forward when it is stored, thus having, for example, the label face forward. Then a user will be more quickly able to find a particular container holding the contents the user is looking for. In a specific implementation, the container system is a spice rack.

A product displaying holder system that is configured to removably secure to a surface of a component includes a base bar including one or more securing mounts, and one or more securing assemblies coupled to the securing mount(s). The securing assemblies are configured to removably secure the product displaying holder system to the surface of the component. One or more product holders are secured to the base bar.

It also provides an improved aesthetic for the displayed merchandise.
