MANNEQUIN UPHOLSTERY SHAPING DEVICE
The invention pertains to upholstery techniques for upholstering the central bust line of mannequins. Particularly a shaping body is coupled to the central line of the upholstery and shaped to conform to the central bust line of an underlying mannequin form. The shaping body includes anchors, preferably, in the form of strings, which can be fed through the mannequin form and tensioned accordingly. The shaping body is preferably elongate with two identical body members coupled by a fold therebetween. The first body member is coupled to a first side of the central bust line seam of the upholstering covering and the second body member is coupled to the second side of the central bust line seam of the upholstering covering. The fold therebetween is shaped to conform to the shape of the central bust line of the mannequin form. The use of such a shaping body results in a natural convex curve of the central bust line.

DISPLAY SYSTEM, DISPLAY METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT
Provided is a display system, display method, and computer program product that allow a user to not only check the sizes of clothing but also check whether the user is wearing the clothing well even if the user does not actually try on the clothing.
A display system is used to sell clothing, and represents a mannequin and clothing in three-dimensional shapes using computer graphics, forms a three-dimensional shape representing a state in which the mannequin is wearing the clothing, by combining the three-dimensional shapes of the mannequin and the clothing, and displays the formed three-dimensional shape. When forming the three-dimensional shape representing the state in which the mannequin is wearing the clothing, the display system represents deformation of the clothing by inputting physical properties of the clothing.
Durable Articulated Joints and Mannequins Made Therewith
Embodiments of the disclosure include mannequins and parts thereof. The disclosure includes descriptions of articulated joints for mannequins, specifically, for positioning and posing mannequins in one or more positions. The disclosure also includes descriptions of retail mannequins and target or tactical mannequins incorporating one or more articulated joints. In the case of a tactical mannequin, a tactical mannequin incorporating one or more articulated joints may have advantages in being able to withstand (e.g., maintain structural and mechanical integrity) under extreme conditions, all the while being cost-effective and being able to be easily re-positioned. Retail mannequins incorporating one or more articulated joints may weigh less than conventional mannequins while being easily repositionable and durable. Another aspect of the present disclosure describes methods of manufacturing mannequins incorporating one or more articulated joints, such as, for example, in a cold rotational molding process.

Apparatus for displaying apparel
An apparatus for displaying apparel. The apparatus includes a three-dimensional apparel base that has a convex front surface, an opposing concave rear surface, and a plurality of magnetically active attachment points. The apparatus includes a backboard that has an anterior surface, an opposing posterior surface, and a plurality of magnets arranged on the anterior surface. The backboard magnetically couples to the three-dimensional apparel base by way of magnetic connections between two or more of the plurality of magnets and two or more of the plurality of magnetically active attachment points.
