Steeping apparatus and methods for brewing a beverage
A steeping apparatus (10) includes a container (12) and a partition (22) dividing the container into upper and lower chambers (24, 26). The partition has a central aperture (32, FIG. 2) which interconnects the chambers and is arranged to trap a volume of air 38 in the lower chamber when the container is filled with liquid. Hot water poured into the upper chamber (24) passes through the aperture to partially fill the lower chamber, trapping a volume of air (38). Brewing material (34) located in the upper chamber (24) steeps in the hot water to produce a beverage and gradually sinks into the lower chamber (26) through the aperture. The air (38) trapped in the lower chamber applies a force to the liquid inhibiting movement of liquid between the chambers so that the brewing material (34) is isolated from the beverage. In other embodiments, the partition is pressed down through the container after brewing to isolate the brewing material.
A CUP WITH AN INTEGRAL INFUSION INSTRUMENT
A tea cup with an integral infusion instrument, the infusion instrument comprising: a sieve filled with tea, and allowing liquid to flow through it while filtering the tea; a neck connected in its bottom side to the sieve, and terminating with knob at its top side; and a cover, wherein in a closed state, the cover covers the sieve, hindering flow of liquid between the cup and the tea within the sieve, and wherein pushing the knob causes downward motion of the neck and the sieve such that the cover no longer hinders the flow of liquid between the cup and the tea within the sieve.

Combined Tea Making Apparatus
The invention presented is a combined tea making apparatus, including teapot and tea filtering bodies; the teapot body has a body and handle, the center connection between body and handle is the first articulation attachment point; two cone projections are set horizontally opposite under the inner edge of the teapot body opening; the two curved grooves on the outside edge of the tea filtering body fit the teapot main body's cone projections. The center points of the cone projections are on the same vertical surface as the first articulation point, allowing tea pouring and filtering without touching the lid. The teapot handle of the teapot, makes it easy to operate with one hand, simplifying tea making and avoiding burn injuries caused by touching. The teapot and tea filtering bodies can both be rotated through 360°, enabling users to enjoy the tea making process, and avoiding scalding hands on the teapot.

ANTIMICROBIAL AND ADHESION-PROOF TITANIUM TABLEWARE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
An antimicrobial and adhesion-proof titanium tableware and a manufacturing method of the same are provided. The antimicrobial and adhesion-proof titanium tableware is made of a titanium substrate, and includes a contact portion and an oxidation layer structure. The contact portion is used for contacting foods, food ingredients, drinking water, beverages, or body parts of a user. The oxidation layer structure is formed on one part of a surface of the titanium substrate corresponding to the contact portion. The titanium substrate is made of titanium in α phase, and the oxidation layer structure is a titanium dioxide film in a rutile crystalline form. The oxidation layer structure has a roughened surface and an oxygen diffusion layer formed at an interface of the oxidation layer structure and the titanium substrate.
Beverage brewing device
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of tea brewing devices, and more particularly, to a beverage brewing device. The beverage brewing device comprises a kettle body, a heating disc, and a tea-leaf basket. The heating disc and the tea-leaf basket are located in the kettle body and an air cylinder mechanism is fixed in the kettle body. A moving piston is arranged in an inner cavity of the air cylinder mechanism, and the piston is connected to the tea-leaf basket. The air cylinder mechanism is connected to an air pump, which is used for conveying a driving gas to the air cylinder mechanism. The piston is driven by the driving gas, thereby driving the tea-leaf basket to move in the kettle body. The air cylinder mechanism may automatically drive the tea-leaf basket to move up and down, achieving a simple structure and a low cost.

Appliance for Dissolving Components of a Solid Material in Water to Make a Beverage
To enhance extraction and dissolution of soluble components of a solid material in water to make a beverage, an appliance comprises a serving chamber, a pressure regulating system, a filter assembly, a brewing chamber, a liquid passageway and a controller that controls the pressure regulating system to alternately de-pressurize and pressurize the brewing chamber is provided. The appliance further comprises a foam filter to reduce the amount of foam in the beverage.
PERCOLATOR WITH REMOVABLE GRIP
A percolator for brewing a heated beverage has a percolator main body and a handle having a handle body and a flexible removable grip. An inner wall of the removable grip defines a handle cavity to enclose a lengthwise extending portion of the handle body. A first edge and a second edge of the removable grip extend from a grip first end to a grip second end along the length of the removable grip. The first edge and the second edge are separable from each other to define a gap through which the handle body may be selectively inserted into the handle cavity and withdrawn from the handle cavity.
