DRINKING CONTAINER
In various embodiments, the present invention is directed to a drinking glass or cup that eliminated or substantially reduces contact between the user's lower lip and the rim of the glass or cup, thereby preventing or reducing lipstick marks and improving hygiene. In one or more embodiments, the drinking glass or cup of the present invention comprises a recessed or cutout portion sized to allow a lower lip of the user to enter the container when drinking.
Drinking vessel with ice cube retainers
A drinking vessel that includes a plurality of spaced protrusions permanently attached to and extending inwardly from a position spaced from the top rim of the drinking vessel and that are adapted to allow liquids to pass thereby and out of the interior volume of the drinking vessel and at the same time block ice cubes from passing thereby and out of the interior volume, such that a user can drink the liquid without having ice cubes enter their mouth as well.
Container for and method of consuming a liquid
A method for a person to discharge a consumable liquid including the steps of: obtaining a container having a body bounding a volume and an opening in communication with the volume; placing a quantity of the consumable liquid in the volume; and grasping the container and positioning the container so that the consumable liquid within the volume flows through at least a portion of the opening and into the person's mouth. The container has a blocking structure that is configured to allow the consumable liquid to flow to and through the portion of the opening while blocking movement of material, of a predetermined size suspended in the quantity of consumable liquid, into the at least portion of the opening.
Personalized drinking cup with fingerprint reader
A personalized drinking cup assembly comprises a lid which includes a mouthpiece, and includes a fingerprint reader located thereon to enable the user to access and use the mouthpiece to drink from the cup. In some embodiments the cap comprises a top portion and a side wall extending perpendicularly therefrom, and the fingerprint reader is located on the side wall. In some embodiments, the cap further comprises a handle, on which the fingerprint reader is located. In use, the user utilizes the fingerprint reader in order to access the mouthpiece for drinking from the cup. Once the fingerprint reader is read and the user is identified as the owner or authorized user of the cup, the mouthpiece will be opened for consumption thereby.
Drinking cup
A sanitary disposable drinking cup is described. The cup is designed to be grabbed from the top when served, but has a portion of its top circumference that is recessed vertically, so as to create both separate gripping and drinking surfaces so as to allow for serving personnel to handle the cup from the top surface without the necessity of contaminating the drinking surface. The cup is designed to nest so as to accommodate multiple cups being easily stored.
PERSONALIZED DRINKING CUP WITH FINGERPRINT READER
A personalized drinking cup assembly comprises a lid which includes a mouthpiece, and includes a fingerprint reader located thereon to enable the user to access and use the mouthpiece to drink from the cup. In some embodiments the cap comprises a top portion and a side wall extending perpendicularly therefrom, and the fingerprint reader is located on the side wall. In some embodiments, the cap further comprises a handle, on which the fingerprint reader is located. In use, the user utilizes the fingerprint reader in order to access the mouthpiece for drinking from the cup. Once the fingerprint reader is read and the user is identified as the owner or authorized user of the cup, the mouthpiece will be opened for consumption thereby.

Ice restraining drinking receptacle
An ice restraining drinking receptacle provides a housing that retains a fluid and ice. An ice trap in the housing restrains the ice from moving near the drinking rim of the upturned receptacle while drinking therefrom. The receptacle comprises a housing defined by an upper region having a rim, and a lower region. The housing further includes a sidewall, a base end disposed within the lower region, and a rim end disposed within the upper region. An ice trap restrains movement of ice past the upper region rim. In an embodiment, the ice trap includes a plurality of protrusions disposed in a spaced-apart relationship that allows fluid to flow between protrusions to the rim for drinking. Further, the protrusions are disposed in a circumferential relationship across the upper region and inner surface of the housing. The pointy apex of the protrusions helps restrict passage of ice to the rim.
Drinkware with Integrated Infuser Holder
A drinkware with integrated infuser holder is an apparatus that is used to retain drink infusers in the bottom of the drinkware. The apparatus may include a drinkware body and an elongated holder. The drinkware body holds the liquids to be infused and facilitates the consumption of the infused drink. The elongated holder retains the infuser during the steeping process and during the consumption of the infused drink. The drinkware body may include a body base and a tubular lateral wall. The body base corresponds to the flat portion of the drinkware body that enables the drinkware body to be placed on a surface. The tubular lateral wall corresponds to the walls of the drinkware body that retain the liquids within the drinkware body. The apparatus may also include at least one eyelet on the elongated holder through which the infuser or other ingredients can be inserted and retained.
CONTAINER WITH CIRCUMFERENTIAL DRINKING OPENINGS
A drinking vessel with a lid containing circumferential drinking openings. In one embodiment, the drinking vessel includes a bowl and a lid, wherein the bowl is connected to the lid and wherein the drinking vessel includes a plurality of rotational orientations, and wherein the lid includes a plurality of drinking openings such that a user may drink from the drinking vessel substantially irrespective of its rotational orientation.
