Disclosed is a frame. The frame includes a framework formed to have a polygonal structure in a plane to surround an outer periphery of a fabric exhibit and including a fastening structure fastened to a rear support portion on a rear surface thereof, the rear support portion fastened to the rear surface of the framework to form a space configured to fix the fabric exhibit between the framework and the rear support portion and having a polygonal panel-shaped structure corresponding to the framework in a plane, a first fixing portion mounted, with a structure corresponding to an edge shape of the fabric exhibit, on a top surface of the rear support portion, and a second fixing portion attached to the first fixing portion by a magnetic force while the fabric exhibit is mounted above the first fixing portion and then a top surface of the fabric exhibit is interposed therebetween.

The picture display and storage device or frame of the present invention has a displaying surface for displaying a picture and a storage section for storing additional pictures. The storage section is not visible when viewing the displaying surface. The picture display and storage device can be exhibited by hanging on a wall or through the use of an easel frame or a wide base to allow the frame to stand on its own. A changeable frame allows exhibits presented therein to be exchanged in a simplified manner. The frame includes a frame element surrounding a frame opening in which the exhibit is visible from an observer side. A recess in the frame element leads from a lateral outer surface to an opposite inner surface of the frame element and opens into the frame opening for insertion of the exhibit into and removal of the exhibit from the frame opening. The front is formed from J walls that surround an opening for displaying the image, the J walls have centering ribs that support and align the image. The backer has a back wall with an inside perimeter wall and is releasably latchable to the front. When latched, a channel is formed between the front and backer to receive the image that aligns with a slot in one of the J walls.
