MAGNETIC BEDDING SYSTEM WITH ZIPPERED ACCESS
The present invention is a bedding system that simultaneously: 1) simplifies the process of installing a fitted sheet; 2) simplifies the process of removing and reinserting a duvet from a duvet cover; 3) secures a duvet inside the cover so it does not shift, bunch, or fold inside the cover; and 4) allows a user to quickly and easily to make a bed with all parts neatly aligned. The system comprises: a fitted sheet with zippers, a duvet, a duvet cover, and optionally a flat sheet. The invention further comprises a plurality of magnets and/or thin ferrous metal plates that secure a duvet inside the cover such that it does not shift, bunch, or fold inside the cover and align the duvet cover with the fitted sheet.
SPLIT BEDSHEET COVERING
The present invention relates to a split bedsheet covering. The covering is used by two users, while sleeping and features a central split along a central longitudinal axis of the bedsheet. The central split provides two symmetrical portions for two users to utilize independently while still sleeping with their feet covered as the length of the split is less than the total length of the bedsheet. The covering is substantially rectangular or square, and can be applied to a mattress. The split is created by detaching two split edges wherein each split edge has a magnetic strip and padding.
Magnetorheological elastomer and magnetorheological fluid for clinical wrap
A reinforcing clinical wrap is provided with integral thermal management. The clinical wrap includes a fluid circuit for a heat transfer medium to circulate between a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. A shape conforming medium is disposed within a portion of the clinical wrap providing selective reinforcement support of the portion of the clinical wrap to conform to a surface of a patient. Non-limiting examples of the shape conforming medium may include a magnetorheological elastomer, a magnetorheological elastomer, a magnetorheological foam, a UV curable resin, and a phase change material.
PILLOW
A pillow includes a pillow body, at least one cushion member; and at least one connecting assembly, a connecting side portion of the respective cushion member is connected to the pillow body through the respective connecting assembly, and a movable side portion of the respective cushion member is disposed on the pressure bearing area. When the height of the pillow needs to be increased, only one or more cushion members need to be added to a pressure bearing area of the pillow body, so as to adapt to head heights and neck heights of different users during use. When the height of the pillow needs to be reduced, only one or more cushion members need to be detached or transferred away from the pressure bearing area to reduce an overall height of the pillow to meet practical needs of the users.
Partitioned Modular Bedding
The improved partitioned modular bedding device converts a standard mattress into a partitioned sleeping arrangement wherein multiple individuals may sleep without interfering with one another. A washable fabric base member covers the mattress top and is retained thereon by tensioned side panels. Outer flanges, a foot flange, and a head flange on the top surface of the base member define each occupant chamber. Releasable fasteners attach overlapping flange ends. A sheath member attaches to the inner surface of the outer flanges and foot flange to secure the occupant within the chamber. One or more overlayer members and an underlayer member may be utilized within the chamber for occupant comfort, each retained within the chamber by releasable fasteners.
Layered and secureable spare flaps for rest supports
A cover for rest supports such as pillow cases, seat cushions, headrests, armrests, bedding and pet bedding is disclosed with layered secure spare flaps. A plurality of spare flaps are attached in respective layers to the cover at an end of each flap and another end is successively folded around the cover and secured thereto to provide additional unused resting surfaces for a person or an animal. The spare flaps therefore provide multiple fresh resting surfaces between launderings. Embodied flaps may also be disposably detached from the cover to preclude launderings altogether. The layered flaps may include use indicia and be to secured to each other and a rest support cover via a fastener on a flap and a complementary fastener disposed respectively on the cover. Disclosed fasteners include thin magnets, hook and loop, grommet and tie, button and hole and ganged hole and post pairs and the like.
SLEEPING APPARATUS WITH COMPRESSED STATIC MAGNETIC FIELDS
The devices and methods of stimulating the immune system to treat damaged and abnormal tissue using compressed static magnetic fields provides for noninvasive treatment of damages tissue and removal of abnormal tissue. At least two magnets are positioned to have their static magnetic fields compressed at the damaged or abnormal tissue and at the immediately surrounding healthy tissue. The compressed static magnetic fields stimulate the immune system in the immediately surrounding healthy tissue which treats the damaged or abnormal tissue. The treated tissue fully regenerates without additional medical intervention. The devices provide for efficient exposure to compressed magnetic fields and ease of use at different locations on a body and different types of animal species.
SUBSTRATE HAVING A THERAPEUTIC TACTILE OBJECT ATTACHED AND METHODS OF USING SAME
A substrate is provided having a tactile object attached, the substrate constructed of a first material forming a shell for at least partially surrounding a pillow. The tactile object may be formed of a second material that is different than the first material, the tactile object formed in the shape of a comfort item. The tactile object further has a first side providing tactile sensory feedback, and a second side configured to be attached to the shell such that the first side of the tactile object extends away from the first rectangular side of the shell. According to the inventive concepts disclosed herein, the substrate is provided to a user in need of comfort and the tactile object provides tactile sensory feedback to the user designed to comfort the user.
Fitted Sheet with Label
This present invention relates to a custom fitted sheet to substantially cover a mattress. The custom fitted sheet includes a label on the top side to notify the users that the sheet is in a proper orientation before being applied to the mattress. The label may read “TOP” to indicate a top section of the sheet, wherein the label prevents the sheet from being installed on the mattress in an incorrect manner. A plurality of sleeves is present near the top corners of the sheet, and are disposed on the side surfaces of the mattress when the sheet is placed around the mattress. The sleeves provide secure storage for small personal items without risk of loss or misplacement. An elastic band is also provided along the peripheral edge of the sheet to assist in securing the sheet around the mattress.
BEDDING AND BEDDING COVER THEREFOR
Provided are a bedding and a bedding cover therefor, the bedding including an upper cover having a first fastening member; a lower cover having a second fastening member; and a bedding insert fitted between the upper cover and the lower cover, and having a third fastening member for coupling to the upper cover and a fourth fastening member for coupling to the lower cover, the upper cover and the lower cover being coupled to each other by the first fastening member and the second fastening member, and being separated from each other by releasing the coupling between the first fastening member and the second fastening member; the upper cover further including a fifth fastening member disposed at a position corresponding to the third fastening member; and the lower cover further including a sixth fastening member disposed at a position corresponding to the fourth fastening member.
