A taco holder includes a rigid body and a pusher. The body is shaped like a truncated taco shell, including two sides and a bottom corresponding to those of the taco shell. An inside of the body cradles the taco in a lengthwise direction. The body sides include respective sliding slots penetrating the body and arranged in the lengthwise direction. The pusher is shaped like an angled cross-section of the body and contacts respective edges of the sides of the cradled taco. The pusher includes respective tabs extending through the sliding slots for securing the pusher to the inside of the body while allowing movement of the pusher and contacted taco along the inside of the body in the lengthwise direction. The pusher pushes the taco toward the truncated end in response to applied pressure to the tabs from outside the body in the lengthwise direction.

The present invention disclosed a serving or display tray that comes in a minimally stored size when in its collapsed state, which allows huge amount of such tray to be transported and stored, at a relatively low cost. When it is ready for use, it can easily unfold into its pop-up state where the two top distal portions of the top layer are overlappingly connected to the underside of the corresponding fold-up walls of the bottom layer, providing good side support to the fold-up walls when food items, or other decorative subjects, are placed in the tray.

A food and label apparatus is provided including a food assembly apparatus and a labeling apparatus coupled to the food assembly apparatus. A taco holder having a storage compartment that can be used, for example, to store an item, such as a small toy. The taco holder may be comprised, in whole or in part, of a transparent or semi-transparent material, such that the item within the storage compartment may be viewed from outside of the taco holder. In certain embodiments, the taco holder may be comprised of a microwave safe material and/or a material suitable for cooking, such as silicon. In certain embodiments, the taco holder may also be used as an oven mitt. In certain embodiments, the taco holders are shaped to enable stacking. A food holder is adapted for holding food and sauce, and includes a serving module and a sauce module. The serving module includes a main body that is undulating in a wave shape, and that defines a plurality of food receptacle spaces spaced apart from each other in a first direction and adapted for carrying the food. Each food receptacle space has an opening that faces upwards. The sauce module includes a top rim portion and a vessel body portion. The top rim portion is connected to an end of the main body, and surrounds an upright axis. The vessel body portion extends downwards from an inner periphery of the top rim portion, and defines a sauce space having an opening that faces upwards and that is adapted for containing the sauce.

A stackable food holder is disclosed. The food holder includes a first and second inclined sidewall separated by a mostly flat base portion. The inclined sidewalls include a plurality of channels configured to dissipate heat and humidity from the food item.

A method and apparatus for convention pouring and holding of candy foods are presented. The invention includes a first body panel with an inner section and an outer section, with the inner section of the first body panel having one or more first body panel members of a support structure. The invention further includes a second body panel with an inner section and an outer section, with inner section of said second body panel having one or more second body panel members of the support structure. The inner section of the first body panel and the inner section of said second body panel are coupled together such that the one or more first body panel members of the support structure and the one or more second body panel members of the support structure combine to form the one or more support structures for holding light foods.

A frame assembly configured for assembly for holding taco shells includes a first frame member and a second frame member. The first frame member has a first arm, a second arm, a third arm and a fourth arm, the first frame member defining a first taco receiving channel between the first and second arms; a second taco receiving channel between the second and third arms; and a third taco receiving channel between the third and fourth arms. The second frame member has; a fifth taco receiving channel between the second and third arms; and a sixth taco receiving channel between the third and fourth arms. The first and second frame members are movable into a configuration such that the first and third taco receiving channels are aligned for receipt of a first taco and the fourth and sixth taco receiving channels are aligned for receipt of a second taco.
