An article of manufacture comprising a planar utensil element fabricated of an elongated foldable material and having a plurality of scores indicating where the planar utensil element is to be folded in order to become a usable utensil. Folding the planar utensil element about the scores produces a handle and a bowl. An element of a food package fabricated of the same material as the planar utensil element, such as a cover, covers at least a portion of the planar utensil element. The cover or other element of the food package provides physical and hygienic protection to the planar utensil element during transportation of the planar utensil element. The planar utensil element is positioned under the cover or other element on a surface of the food package.

A portable reusable utensil is provided that includes an upper casing, a lower casing, and a utensil body. The utensil body is mounted in a receiving space formed between the upper casing and the lower casing detachably connected to each other for storage and easy to carry. While in use, a service end of the utensil body is facing outwards while an assembly of the upper casing and the lower casing is used as a part held with user's hand to serve food. The design makes the portable reusable utensil more convenient to use.

The present invention relates to a simple holder which includes an elastic first sheet structure. The first sheet structure has a first side and a second side which are opposite to each other, a hole located between the first side and the second side, a first cutting slit formed by cutting from the edge of the first side inwards, and a second cutting slit formed by cutting from the edge of the second side inwards. The center of the hole is located between the first cutting slit and the second cutting slit. The first sheet structure can be bent to make the first cutting slit slotting into the second cutting slit for locking. The simple holder provided by the present invention is formed by sheets and is thus convenient to be manufactured, transported and stored.

A personal utensil and container for transporting the utensil in a relatively sanitary fashion includes a first container portion and a second container portion pivotably mounted to the first container portion. The first container portion is pivotable between a closed position defining a storage cavity and an open position exposing a first inner surface of the first container portion and a second inner surface of the second container portion. The utensil is mountable within the storage cavity. A hinge is secured to the first and second container portions and defines a pivot axis. The first and second container portions are pivotable about the pivot axis. A lock mechanism is mounted to the first container portion. The lock mechanism engages the second container portion in the closed position to releasably secure the first container portion to the second container portion.

A food and condiment carton including at least one collapsible food compartment configured for holding food, wherein the at least one collapsible food compartment includes a first base; and at least one collapsible condiment compartment configured for holding condiment, wherein the at least one collapsible condiment compartment is configured to extend from the first base to form a second base such that the first and second base together serve as a stable collapsible food and condiment carton.

The food holder has two opposing sides joined by a gusset, the gusset having corrugations of resilient material, where the corrugations are arranged to provide, in use, a compressive force to hold the food in place. The opposing sides have an open edge and at least one closed edge where the gusset joins the sides together along at least one closed edge, and where the gusset is arranged to allow all of the edges of the opposing sides to move towards and away from each other. The container is of one-piece construction and the corrugations are semi-circular, and the proportions of adjacent corrugations are different.

A reusable, multi-functional reusable bottle for reducing the amount of plastic waste generated by single-use utensils and single-use water bottles. The multi-functional reusable bottle efficiently and conveniently packages durable, reusable utensils for repeated use, eliminating the need for single-use utensils or bottled water. A food product spreader apparatus including a blade having a longitudinal axis, a handle having a longitudinal axis and a pivot block to which the blade is secured. The blade includes a mounting portion for storing the spreader on a food container. The pivot block is rotatably mounted to the handle and the blade and pivot block are movable between a first position where the longitudinal axes of the blade and the handle are generally parallel to one another and a second position where the longitudinal axes of the blade and the handle are generally perpendicular to each other. In the first position the spreader apparatus is available for use and in the second position the spreader apparatus is able to be stored on the container while occupying a minimal amount of space.

A system and method for meeting market demand for better constructible utensils. A deformable sheet defines a handle and an operational element in which one or more scores, both straight and curved, are cooperatively provided on the sheet. The one or more scores enable deformation of the handle and/or operational element(s) to convert the structure into a strong, sturdy, and functional implement sufficient to meet the required application.

Hybrid food container lids convertible into cutlery may include a scoop section and a handle section. The scoop section may be defined by an outer edge of the lid or a tear strip formed in the lid. The handle may fold against the scoop as the lid is attached to a container. The handle may include a first guiding line that defines a first fold of the handle. The first fold may bring the sides of the handle together. Another guiding line may define a second fold of the handle that causes the scoop to become flat or concave when the handle is also folded along the first guiding line. The scoop section and the handle section may together form a piece of cutlery such as a spoon, a fork, a spork, and so forth. The cutlery and/or other portions of the hybrid lid may be disposable.
