Thermal baby food tray
Disclosed is a heating food tray for child. The heating food tray for child according to the embodiments of the present invention is provided with a heat generation unit to provide a function of heating food contained in the food tray or keeping a temperature of the food. In addition, the embodiments of the present invention provides the heating food tray including the control unit to execute or stop the heating or heat-keeping function when the temperature deviates from a preset value.
TEMPERATURE REGULATING DINNERWARE SET
An improved temperature regulating dinnerware set is a dinnerware set with each dinnerware piece having a heating element and a control member for controlling the temperature of the top surface of the piece. Each piece is adapted to connect to a power source to control the embedded heating element. An attachable cover is provided for each piece of the dinnerware set to help maintain the temperature.
Thermotropic Glass Shell for Kitchenware and Utensils
The present invention relates to a thermotropic liquid crystal glass in a crystal or quartz shell for indicating a temperature of a food item and thereby preventing individuals from consuming food at undesirable temperatures or accidentally touching or consuming items that are too hot or too cold. The glass shell includes a plurality of thermotropic liquid crystals that absorbs heat from food items and changes color to exhibit at least one of violet blue, blue, green, yellow/amber, brown, gray, and black color. The hot food causes crystals to change to violet blue and alternatively, when exposed to cold food, the crystals turn black. In some embodiments, kitchenware can be integrated with the glass shell or alternatively, can be detachably attached to the kitchenware. In exemplary embodiments, the glass shell can be positioned onto dishware (i.e., plates, bowls, cups, and mugs) and metal utensils (i.e., forks, spoons, and knives).
Thermal Baby Food Tray
Heating unit is constructed according to the embodiments of invention to provide heating or warming features to maintain specific food temperature.
In addition, safety control unit is provided to either adjust or shut down the system should the value deviate from the range value.
MEHTHOD OF MONITORING AN EATING UTENSIL AND SMART EATING UTENSIL
An eating utensil (100) is provided which comprises a handle (120) and a food area (110). The eating utensil (100) comprises an accelerometer sensor a gyroscope sensor (150). With the accelerometer sensor the gyroscope sensor (150), the movement of the eating utensil (100) as well as its orientation is detected. The orientation as well as a movement of the eating utensil (100) can be compared with a predetermined ideal traversal path and orientation of an eating utensil (100) and the user may receive corresponding feedback if the detected path or orientation of the eating utensil (100) differs from the ideal utensil traversal path or orientation.
Cooking tongs with retractable temperature probe
Cooking tongs with first and second U-shaped arms hinged at a proximal end with generally flat and inwardly cupped spatulas at a distal end. A lance shaped temperature sensor mounted inside the first arm on a slide carrier and an aperture in the spatula through which a distal end of the lance shaped temperature sensor may be reciprocated on a slide carrier. A slide control attached to the slide carrier through a slot in a sidewall of the first arm for telescopic sliding of the lance shaped temperature sensor through the aperture in the first spatula. An electronic display window on the first arm connected to a data processor on the slide carrier for converting a signal received from the lance shaped temperature sensor into temperature data that is displayed in the electronic display window.
Cooling and sterilizing spoon
A cooling and sterilizing spoon that generates a flow of cool air that cools a food contained within. The spoon sterilizes the flow of cool air with ultraviolet radiation prior to the air engaging the food. In this manner, contaminants that reside in the air are inactivated. This has the effect of cooling the food with a sterile source of air. The spoon integrates a fan and an ultraviolet radiation source proximally to the food to effect the cooling and sterilizing process. A concave portion contains the food. The fan and the ultraviolet radiation source are oriented towards the concave portion. A lever cover overlays the fan and the ultraviolet radiation source on the lever, and includes at least one ventilation opening for enabling air to move to and from the fan. A motor actuates the fan. A power source and a power outlet enable powering of the motor.
