The present disclosure provides an assembled stand for a Christmas tree and a support member thereof. The assembled stand includes a support portion and a carrier portion. The support portion includes at least three support members, wherein the support members are successively arranged along a circumferential direction, and when the support members are engaged with each other and are formed as the support portion, two adjacent support members are positioned relative to each other and are fixed by a first fixing member. According to the present disclosure, the volume during transportation may be reduced, and the assembly process is simplified.

An artificial Christmas tree includes an elongated trunk extending between proximal and distal ends thereof. A base may support the trunk of the artificial tree in an upright position relative to floor. The proximal end of the trunk may be coupled to the base and the distal end of the trunk extending outwardly from the base. A plurality of frame sections may extend circumferentially around the trunk and being moveable in an axial direction relative to the trunk. Each frame section may extend longitudinally between axially spaced apart ends thereof and being connected with at least one other frame section, whereby axial movement of a given frame section along the trunk causes corresponding axial movement of each other frame section to which the given frame section is connected.

Many forms of Christmas tree stand, for use with real (i.e. cut) Christmas trees are known, such as those that may be filled with water to prolong the life of the tree. The present invention relates to a Christmas tree stand, and a method of maintaining a Christmas tree in a substantially upright position, and includes a reservoir 3 with retaining parts 9 at upper and lower ends thereof, and an outer container into which the reservoir is configured to be securable, the container configured to substantially conceal the reservoir and having a base larger than the reservoir. This prevents damage to floor surfaces (such as carpets and tiles) and prevents accidental contact by passers-by with difficult-to-see legs and/or arms.

An ornamental tree assembly includes a base defining a presentation surface and at least one base edge defining a base periphery. A lower portion of an ornamental tree is fixedly secured to the presentation surface of the base. A plurality of walls is movable with respect to the base, with at least one of the walls pivotally secured to the base edge. The ornamental tree assembly also includes an upper portion of the ornamental tree fixedly secured to another of the plurality of walls. The upper portion of the ornamental tree is inverted and disposed adjacent the lower portion of the ornamental tree when the plurality of walls are configured in a storage configuration; and the upper portion is upright and extending over the lower portion when the plurality of storage walls are in a display configuration.

The disclosed technology includes a universal tree stand for supporting trees with tree trunks of various sizes. The universal tree stand may include a clamping element to flexibly receive and secure tree trunks of different sizes. The universal tree stand may further include a fastening element that can tighten the grip of the clamping element around the tree trunk.

The invention provides an annular shroud configured to be positioned around a tree stand. The annular shroud has one or more display panels configured to display digital images about a perimeter of the tree stand. In some embodiments, the invention further includes a tree stand display assembly comprising a tree, a tree stand supporting the tree in an upright orientation, and the annular shroud around the tree stand.

A Christmas tree stand for artificial trees comprising a base, a hollow tubular member, a plurality of locking-folding mechanisms, and a plurality of movable elongated leg members. A method of using the Christmas tree stand comprises positioning the Christmas tree stand on a floor or surface and positioning and securing an artificial Christmas tree in the Christmas tree stand for displaying and viewing the tree.

An artificial tree stand device is disclosed and described. Such a device can include an upper tree frame configured to couple to and support an upper trunk portion of an artificial tree, a lower tree frame configured to couple to and support a lower trunk portion of the artificial tree, the upper tree frame being pivotally coupled to the lower tree frame, a tree stand base pivotally coupled to the lower tree frame, and wherein the upper tree frame, the lower tree frame, and the tree support base lock into a vertical position to display the artificial tree, and at least the upper tree frame unlocks to allow the upper tree frame to pivot into a storage position.
