Beverage lid that attaches to food container
A container lid is disclosed that accepts a snap-on container. The lid includes a continuous outer coupling trough for attachment to the open top of a beverage container where the trough circumscribes a footprint of the container lid. A straw-hole planar surface is disposed within the footprint, the straw-hole planar surface is adjacent to the outer coupling trough and a hole for drinking a liquid in the container extends through the straw-hole planar surface. A riser wall extends away from the straw-hole planar surface and defines a first planar surface above the straw-hole planar surface. A sip hole extends through the first planar surface. A food container coupling wall connects to the first planar surface and extends from the first planar surface to a position lower than the first planar surface and a food container coupling bottom connected to the food container coupling wall.
Cooling straw
The present embodiment provides a straw that is bent near its middle portion to form a reservoir compartment to store a liquid for cooling. When a user sips from the straw, hot liquid from a container enters the reservoir compartment, where it begins to cool towards the surrounding air temperature. When the liquid in the reservoir compartment reaches an acceptable drinking temperature, the user again sips from the straw, which allows him to drink the cooled liquid from the reservoir compartment, and to draw additional hot liquid from the container into the reservoir compartment for cooling.
Ice mold for making ice straws
An ice mold for forming hollow, elongated ice structures intended to be used as drinking straws. The ice mold includes an outer tube, an inner tube concentrically positioned within the outer tube, and top and bottom caps that fluidly seal a chamber defined between the outer tube, the inner tube, the top cap, and the bottom cap.
COOLING STRAW AND BEVERAGE CONTAINER LID ACCOMMODATING A COOLING STRAW
A beverage container accommodating a cooling straw for dispersing heat while consuming a hot beverage from a cup or other container. A beverage container lid includes a cover portion for covering an interior chamber of a cup, a flange extending downwardly from the cover portion, and a cooling straw comprising a distal portion and proximal portion, the distal portion includes an uptake hole formed therein, and the proximal portion includes a plurality of cooling holes formed therein. The cooling straw may also include an intermediate portion disposed between the distal portion and the proximal portion, the distal portion including a plurality of uptake holes formed therein, and the intermediate portion or the proximal portion includes a plurality of cooling holes formed therein. The cooling straw may also include at least one bendable section.
