Self chilling beverage system
The currently disclosed invention consists of a system for rapidly chilling a beverage within a drinking container while it is being consumed. The preferred embodiment consists of two straight plastic tubes, one fitting inside the other, with ice contained between the outer tube and the inner tube, wherein beverage can be drawn up through the inner tube in the manner of a drinking straw. The tubes are created by extrusion molding, with an optional weight located within the outer tube, surrounding the base of the inner tube, and encased in plastic. Other embodiments of this system are possible, as are described within the specification incorporated herein.
Patient enteral hydration with cooled fluids
A device and method for enterally hydrating a patient with cooled fluids. The patient may be a paralyzed or limited upper body mobility patient with a functional gastrointestinal system who is nonetheless incapable or not fully capable of drinking unassisted. Here fluids are provided by a suspended container which also has a pouch to admit cooling material such as ice, but to keep the cooling material separate from the fluid. The container may also have optional graduation markings to allow for convenient estimation of fluid use, and an upper open and closeable cap to allow the container to be refilled. The container has a lower fluid conducting tube that terminates in a mouthpiece. The mouthpiece contains a fluid valve formed from at least one slit in an elastic material. Patient mouth force on the valve causes the slit to enlarge, thus enabling cooled fluid to flow into the patient.
Beverage cooling apparatus
A beverage cooling apparatus includes a straw, a cooling unit, and a coolant material. A cooling receptacle of the cooling unit is filled with the coolant material, which is preferably a food-based organic coolant. The straw is positioned within the cooling receptacle such that a flow-restricting portion of the straw is surrounded by the coolant material. The thermal communication between the flow-restricting portion and the coolant material reduces the overall temperature of the beverage that is being consumed. An attachment panel of the cooling unit is used to establish a connection with varying beverage containers.
Cup-cover fan and water cup thereof
A cup-cover includes a base, a fan blade assembly positioned on an upper portion of the base, a PCB and a power supply respectively connected to the fan blade assembly and received in the base. The base includes a cap portion formed on a bottom thereof to cover a rim of a cup. The fan blade assembly includes a fan housing and an impeller installed in the fan housing. The fan housing is rotatably connected with the base by a connecting member to achieve opening and closing between the fan housing and an upper surface of the base via the fan housing foldably rotating along the connecting member to adjust wind direction of the cup-cover fan.
Cooling straw and beverage container lid accommodating a cooling straw
A beverage container accommodating a cooling straw for dispersing heat while consuming a hot beverage from a cup or other container. A beverage container lid includes a cover portion for covering an interior chamber of a cup, a flange extending downwardly from the cover portion, and a cooling straw comprising a distal portion and proximal portion, the distal portion includes an uptake hole formed therein, and the proximal portion includes a plurality of cooling holes formed therein. The cooling straw may also include an intermediate portion disposed between the distal portion and the proximal portion, the distal portion including a plurality of uptake holes formed therein, and the intermediate portion or the proximal portion includes a plurality of cooling holes formed therein. The cooling straw may also include at least one bendable section.
Environmentally Friendly Drinking Straw and Method of Manufacture
An environmentally friendly system for delivering a potable liquid to a user, comprising a delivery tube having a cylindrical wall that defines a cylindrical annulus through which a potable liquid can flow. The cylindrical wall consists essentially of a solid potable material that is liquid at room temperature, wherein the wall is formed at a temperature below the freezing point of the potable material.
ICE MOLD FOR MAKING ICE STRAWS
An ice mold for forming hollow, elongated ice structures intended to be used as drinking straws.
ICE MOLD FOR MAKING ICE STRAWS
An ice mold for forming hollow, elongated ice structures intended to be used as drinking straws. The ice mold includes an outer tube, an inner tube concentrically positioned within the outer tube, and top and bottom caps that fluidly seal a chamber defined between the outer tube, the inner tube, the top cap, and the bottom cap.

CUP-COVER TYPE FAN AND WATER CUP THEREOF
A cup-cover type fan includes a base, a fan blade assembly positioned on an upper portion of the base, a controlling member and a power supple respectively connected to the fan blade assembly and received in the base. The base includes a cap portion formed on a bottom thereof to cover a rim of a cup. The fan blade assembly includes a fan housing and an impeller installed in the fan housing. The fan housing is rotatably connected with the base by a connecting member to achieve opening and closing between the fan housing and an upper surface of the base via the fan housing foldably rotating along the connecting member to further adjust wind direction of the cup-cover type fan.
