The cup holder comprises a backing board, an upper cup arm, a lower cup arm, a phone holder, a front card holder, and a rear card holder. The cup holder may be adapted to hold a cup, a cell phone, cards, or combinations thereof. The upper cup arm and the lower cup arm may be moved between an open position and a closed position. The cup may be held by the upper cup arm and by the lower cup arm when the upper cup arm and the lower cup arm are moved to the open position. The cards may be held in the front card holder and/or the rear card holder. As non-limiting examples, the cards may comprise one or more of a credit card, a debit card, a business card, an ID card, a name tag, a driver license, or combinations thereof.

A cup sleeve is capable of engagement with a cup lid when being sleeved around a cup. The cup lid has a sleeve engaging member. The cup sleeve includes a sleeve body formed with a receiving space for receiving the cup, and including a bottom portion, a top portion that is opposite to the bottom portion, a surrounding wall that extends from the bottom portion to the top portion, and a lid engaging unit that is formed on the surrounding wall that is proximal to the top portion for interlocking with the sleeve engaging member of the cup lid. Proposed is a bottle holding apparatus having a removable LED light source. The bottling apparatus includes a bottle holder body and a lighting device module. The bottle holder body is structured to accommodate a lower portion of a bottle. The lighting device module is removably fitted in the bottle holder body and is removable from underside of the bottle holder body. Light generated by an LED light source of the lighting device module is illuminated through the lower portion of the bottle accommodated in the bottle holder body, thereby providing visual lighting effects and creating a romantic atmosphere suitable for drinking alcohol.

The beverage holder includes a base with a perimeter and a sidewall extending upwards from the base defining an interior volume with an open upper end. The interior volume can receive a beverage container therein such as a two-liter soda bottle. A bracket disposed on the sidewall of the beverage holder can secure the beverage holder to a shelf of a refrigerator to prevent the beverage container from falling over when the door is opened. The beverage holder can be removed from the shelf and replaced back thereon as desired.

A container sleeve is disclosed which include a body configured to hold a container. The body contains an attachment element that is concealed behind a cover, and is suitable for temporarily, but securely attaching the sleeve, container, and the container's contents to a vertical surface. The body and the cover over the attachment element have different coefficients of friction, optimized for their roles of gripping vertical surfaces, and human hands, respectively.

A retaining member for use with a vacuum-insulated vessel is described. The retaining member may include a body and a deformable member. The deformable member may have a first layer and a second layer extending from the first layer to a resilient end of the second layer. The resilient end of the second layer may define an opening of the second layer and the opening of the second layer may be aligned with a first aperture of the body and a second aperture of the body, to receive and securely hold a bottle such as a wine bottle within the opening, the first aperture, and the second aperture. The second layer may be resiliently flexible between a first position and a second position of a peripheral edge of the resilient end, to receive and retain bottles having various sizes.

Apparatus to secure a beverage container in an upright position and provide a surface for teething. The apparatus includes a body, a base, a plurality of feet, and a head. The body includes an interior circumference. A wall of the body along the interior circumference defines an aperture through the body. The base is attached to a bottom side of the body and configured to close the aperture along the bottom side of body and define a cavity. The cavity is configured to receive and secure a base of the beverage container with the beverage container in an upright standing position. Each foot of the plurality of feet is connected to the body. The head is connected to the body.

The body includes an interior circumference. A wall of the body along the interior circumference defines an aperture through the body. The base is attached to a bottom side of the body and configured to close the aperture along the bottom side of body and define a cavity. The cavity is configured to receive and secure a base of the beverage container with the beverage container in an upright standing position. Each foot of the plurality of feet is connected to the body. The head is connected to the body.

A beverage insulator has a main body that is configured to receive a beverage container. The main body has a bore with a helical groove formed therein. The helical groove is configured to facilitate a formation of one or more air pockets between the bore of the main body and the beverage container when disposed in the main body. The main body has a major interior surface formed from a plurality of angled walls. The angled walls may facilitate to grip the beverage container when disposed in the main body. A kit for a beverage insulator includes a beverage insulator and a caddy. The beverage insulator has a main body configured to receive a beverage container. The caddy has a holder configured to selectively receive the beverage insulator, and a shelving portion disposed on the holder. The shelving portion is configured to selectively receive a plurality of lids.
