The assembly includes eating utensils and accessories, and can readily be carried by an individual from one place to another with one hand, and can be readily supported and held without tipping on a support surface, including in a compartment of a cupholder. All the components of the assembly are disposable, biodegradable, and, if desired, reusable.

A tray comprises a base board portion, first to sixth side wall portions, and a first cupholder portion. The side wall portion extends vertically from the base board portion. Each of the two fifth side wall portions is extended from a side edge of the second side wall portion, bent vertically, and disposed so as to overlap and fixed with a part of the first or third side wall portion, forming first and second corners. Likewise, the two sixth side wall portions are provided. The first cupholder portion is disposed at the first corner between the first and second side wall portions, and comprises a horizontal cut-out over the second side wall portion and the fifth side wall portion, which is pushed inwards forming a cupholding space. The horizontal cut-out of the first cupholder portion is disposed through a middle high portion of the first corner.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a device that is primarily comprised of a body, further comprised of a raised sidewall and either indentations or raised walls to prevent drinks and food from spilling while carrying the device. In the preferred embodiment, the top surface of the body is further comprised of a plurality of indentations that can receive drink cups, plates, or silverware. In a differing embodiment, the top surface is comprised of a plurality of raised wall areas that can receive drink cups, plates, or silverware. In either embodiment, the indentations and raised walled areas prevent drink cups, plates, and silverware from spilling device while it is being used to transport drinks, food, and silverware.

The compartments are on a circular base surface and each can receive a beverage glass, container, can, or bottle. The flexible lining surrounds an internal periphery of each compartment and secures the beverage containers therein. A handle is present at the bottom of the tray for easy transporting of the tray with one hand. A cylindrical or sleeve shaped wall extends upward from a periphery of the circular base surface to provide additional protection to the beverage containers. The tray allows users to carry up to eight or more beverages at one time in a secure and comfortable manner.
