A hanger device of present disclosure includes a main body including a at least one cabinet and a cover to cover the at least one cabinet, the cover having at least one opening and the cabinet having at least one discharge port. A fan module is provided in the cabinet and is configured to suction air through the opening of the cover and force the air to the discharge port. A filtering module is disposed over the fan module to filter air as the air is suctioned through the opening of the cover. A discharge tube extends through upper and lower surfaces of the main body and has at least one discharge duct which communicate with the at least one discharge port of the cabinet. A hanging unit extends from the bottom surface of the main body.

An odor mitigating caddy includes first and second frame members each having opposed front and rear edges, respective rear edges being pivotally coupled together with a living hinge such that the frame members are selectively movable between a closed configuration at which the front edges, respectively, are generally adjacent one another and an open configuration at which the front edges, respectively, are separated from one another. The first and second frame members are defined by peripheral edges and include first and second grate members extending between respective peripheral edges, respectively. A porous odor mitigating sheet is held between the frame and grate members. First and second frame members include aligned first and second hook members so that the caddy is selectively suspended from a closet rod or the like.

At least one storage compartment is integral with the neck and shoulders of the clothing hanger for containing scented materials. A cartridge housing is integral with the storage compartment, and the cartridge housing is designed to receive a snap-in scented material cartridge. The user will determine which scent is desired, and then will fill the cartridge with the appropriate scent, snap the filled cartridge into the storage compartment and the cartridge housing, hang up the clothing on the hanger, and enjoy the scent when they remove the clothing from the hanger.

A process for associating a scent with an article of clothing including the steps of: providing a clothing hanger; providing an article of clothing on the clothing hanger; providing a fluid pervious substrate carrying perfume on, within, at least partially enclosed by, or enclosed by the substrate; and engaging the substrate with the hanger so that the substrate is proximal to the article of clothing; wherein the substrate comprises an aperture.

A process for associating a scent with an article of clothing including the steps of: providing a clothing hanger; providing an article of clothing on the clothing hanger; providing a fluid pervious substrate carrying perfume on, within, at least partially enclosed by, or enclosed by the substrate; and engaging the substrate with the hanger so that the substrate is proximal to the article of clothing; wherein the substrate comprises an aperture.

A process for associating a scent with an article of clothing including the steps of: providing an article of clothing worn on a body; providing a fluid pervious substrate carrying a perfume in a solid matrix on, within, at least partially enclosed by, or enclosed by the substrate; contacting the clothing with said substrate.
