This disclosure includes an upside-down planter with a body having an upper end opposite a lower end. The body includes at least two separate and discrete sections secured together to define a cavity. Support cables are secured to the upper end of the body. An opening in the lower end of the body is configured to receive a portion of a plant. At least one mechanical fastener releasably secures the at least two sections of the body together.

A ceiling-mounted moisture distribution apparatus provides a housing mounted to a ceiling surface for supporting a plant container and discharging a liquid directly onto a plant. The housing has an elongated aesthetic design for hanging the apparatus in home and office settings. The housing mounts to a ceiling through an apertured flange. The apparatus concentrically supports a plant container from a ring mount for distributing moisture in a controllable manner directly onto plant. The apparatus also comprises an elongated housing that forms an inlet hole for receiving a liquid from an external liquid source. The housing has an outlet hole that is disposed generally below the inlet hole and above the plant for discharging the liquid onto the plant through pressure or gravity induced flow. A tube carries the liquid from the inlet hole to the outlet hole. Additionally, a valve at the tube regulates the discharge of the liquid.

The first edge includes at least one ridge disposed along the first edge. The aperture is disposed centrally along the linear plate and configured to slidably engage with a bar.

The present invention is directed towards a system for hanging an article under a structure, the system comprising a structure comprising at least one plank; an article; and at least one bracket comprising a structure engaging portion structured and arranged to contact a top surface of at least one plank; a bottom extension portion structured and arranged to be coupled to the structure engaging portion and having a length that extends below a bottom surface of the plank; and an article engaging portion structured and arranged to be coupled to the article. Also disclosed are methods of hanging an article underneath a structure, and a bracket.

A basket hanger attached to a basket. The basket hanger having a hook with a plurality of spring steel wires strands extending from the hook, the spring steel wire strands having a substantially straight downwardly extending portion terminated at a distal end in a clip. Each clip positionable between an open position and a clipped position. In the clipped position, an upwardly extending leg of each of the clips extends through an opening in the peripheral flange of the basket such that the peripheral flange is received in an upward first bend of each of the clips, and a second bend of each of the clips engages a back side of the substantially straight downwardly extending portion such that a short dogleg partially wraps around the substantially straight downwardly extending portion.

A basket hanger a method of forming a hook for the basket hanger and a method of attaching the basket hanger to a basket. The basket hanger having a hook with a plurality of steel wires strands attached at a proximal end to the hook, the steel wire strands having a substantially straight downwardly extending portion terminated at a distal end in a clip with an upwardly extending leg, the upwardly extending leg canted to one side and having a dogleg. The steel wire strands may be spring steel.

A planter insert for supporting a plant includes a base and a suspension assembly. The suspension assembly includes a plurality of attachment devices and a plurality of connectors. The suspension assembly is configured such that when assembled, each connector of the plurality of connectors is coupled to the base and is further coupled to an edge of a planter via an attachment device of the plurality of attachment devices, such that the base is removably supported by the planter.

The present invention provides a dual layer planter liner having: (a) a first fibrous layer having an interior surface and an exterior surface, the first fibrous layer is formed into a pot for emplacing a planting medium and/or plant therein. The first fibrous layer is formed from a first fibrous material; and a second fibrous material adhered onto the exterior surface of the first fibrous layer. The adhered second fibrous material forms a second fibrous layer. The present invention, also, provides a method for making the dual layer planter liner hereof.
