HANGER FOR HORTICULTURAL CONTAINER
Provided is a hanger assembly for a horticultural container. The hanger assembly includes a hook, a plurality of strands extending from the hook, and a clip extending from each strand. Each clip has a retaining leg and a spring leg opposite the retaining leg, where the spring leg and retaining leg are non-mirror images of one another and the spring leg is free of a catch. One of clips is a guide clip and the others of the plurality of clips are secondary clips that are mirror images of the guide clip.
Basket hanger
A basket hanger attached to a basket. The basket hanger having a hook with a plurality of spring steel wires strands extending from the hook, the spring steel wire strands having a substantially straight downwardly extending portion terminated at a distal end in a clip. Each clip positionable between an open position and a clipped position. In the clipped position, an upwardly extending leg of each of the clips extends through an opening in the peripheral flange of the basket such that the peripheral flange is received in an upward first bend of each of the clips, and a second bend of each of the clips engages a back side of the substantially straight downwardly extending portion such that a short dogleg partially wraps around the substantially straight downwardly extending portion.
BRACKET, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HANGING ARTICLES UNDER A STRUCTURE
The present invention is directed towards a system for hanging an article under a structure, the system comprising a structure comprising at least one plank; an article; and at least one bracket comprising a structure engaging portion structured and arranged to contact a top surface of at least one plank; a bottom extension portion structured and arranged to be coupled to the structure engaging portion and having a length that extends below a bottom surface of the plank; and an article engaging portion structured and arranged to be coupled to the article. Also disclosed are methods of hanging an article underneath a structure, and a bracket.
Potted plant holder
A potted plant holder is provided and comprises three ropes positioned adjacent each other and folded thereby creating six strands. A hanging knot is formed in the combined ropes creating a hanging loop with the strands hanging below the hanging knot. Below the hanging knot, a first knot is tied in the first and second strands, a second knot is tied in the third and fourth strands, and a third knot is tied in the fifth and sixth strands. Below the first, second, and third knots, a fourth knot is tied in the first and sixth strands, a fifth knot is tied in the second and third strands, and a sixth knot is tied in the fourth and fifth strands. A support knot is tied the strands below the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth knots wherein a first plant pot positioned between the strands rests on the support knot.
Hook for hanging basket
A hook for hanging a basket. A hook includes a wing member which helps in pressing two arms for easy removal of the basket. The hook includes a one way hook for holding a metal loop firmly therein. The hook is inserted into the metal loop and upon insertion of the hook, the metal loop stays firmly in a place thereof held by the one way hook that restricts the metal loop coming out of the hook. The hook provides the combined benefits of both metal hanger and convenience of plastic hanger. The hook is easy and fast to attach and remove if necessary.
PLANT SUPPORT CAGE ASSEMBLY FOR USE WITH TROLLEY CONVEYOR
A plant support cage assembly useful for growing plants in an upright configuration is provided for use with a trolley conveyor. A plurality of vertical support elements of selected length are provided spaced apart circumferentially about a vertical axis. Vertical support elements have an upper end and a lower end. At least some vertical support elements include an inwardly sloping lower portion. A plant container receiving portion is formed in part by the inwardly sloping lower portions vertical support elements, and by one or more plant container retaining hoops which are sized and shaped for receiving and containing therein a plant container of complementary size and shape. Coupling bars are provided affixed to and crossing under the plant container receiving portion, and extending outward therefrom for use in containment of plant stems. A plurality of hoop elements are provided, horizontally oriented and spaced apart vertically, and each affixed to at least some of the vertical support elements. One or more connector portions are provided above and affixed to the upper end of the vertical support elements. The connector portions are adapted for attachment of the plant support cage assembly to a trolley conveyor in a plant factory.
HANGING PLANT GROWING APPARATUS
A hanging plant growing apparatus is provided for growing a plant in a hanging container. The hanging plant growing apparatus comprises a frame, suspension lines, a hanging element, and a liner nested within the frame. The suspension lines have a first end and second end. The second end secures to the frame and the suspension lines extend upwardly from the frame. The first end secures to the hanging element. The liner has a plurality of pores throughout and sufficient rigidity to maintain its shape when filled with a growing medium.
VEGETATION HANGER
A vegetation hanger includes a linear plate and an aperture. The linear plate includes a first edge, a second edge, a first end portion, and a second end portion. The first edge includes at least one ridge disposed along the first edge. The aperture is disposed centrally along the linear plate and configured to slidably engage with a bar.
System, method, and apparatus for optimizing GROWING AND harvesting of CLIMBING PLANTS
The present invention provides structures that maximize the use of minimal ground space or pot soil by providing a height-adjustable, outward-expanding string or net trellis. A compact kit can be assembled into a tall plant support structure which may be at least twice as wide at the top as at the base where the plants begin growing. A multiplicity of elongated flaccid cords secured adjacent the base at one end are inclined generally outward and attached at an opposing end to a suspended top horizontal frame support to help support plants as they grow generally vertically.
