A convertible includes a cover, and first and second panels arranged a first distance from a top edge of the cover and a second distance from first and second side edges of the cover, respectively. The first and second panels each have a generally horizontal set of opposing sides and a generally vertical set of opposing sides. The generally horizontal set of opposing sides is attached to the cover and the generally vertical set of opposing sides is not attached to the cover. A method of converting a blanket into a cape is also disclosed.

An article is provided that permits a user to stay comfortable and warm in nearly any situation involving a chair or seat. The article includes a blanket portion that is connected to an elastic or inelastic fabric cover/pocket, which can be sleeved over the back of a chair. The cover keeps the blanket securely held in place on the chair. The design permits users to quickly move the blanket from one chair to the next, quickly get in and out of the chair, and quickly secure the blanket in the configuration that achieves the desired level of comfort and warmth. The design purposefully allows the user to cover the front and the back of their bodies. One or more detachable ‘seat belts’ connect the sides of the blanket, one to one another, creating an adjustable, custom, snug fit. Because the legs and feet are secure inside the blanket, the blanket is kept away from office chair wheels when rolling an office chair, thus the blanket does not get stuck in or under the wheels. The blanket has a foot placement area which is constituted of a layer of fabric with qualities that allows the user to wear shoes or enter with soiled feet without concern that it will damage or soil the inside of the blanket. The blanket may be folded and stored in the elastic fabric chair back cover, for use as a pillow or for easy travel/storage with one or more carry straps.

A protective device for maintaining body temperature in a living being is provided. The inventive protective device comprises a first sheet member having a left portion and a right portion. The first sheet member has a left edge and a right edge. A first channel member defines structure defining a first channel. The first channel member defines structure which is secured to and overlies a first portion of the left portion of the first sheet member and overlies a first portion of the right portion of the first sheet member. A second channel defining structure defines a second channel, the second channel defining structure secured to and overlying a second portion of the left portion of the first sheet member and overlying a second portion of the right portion of the first sheet member. Each of the channels have a first side and an opposite side opposite the first side. A variable length member is disposed on and extends along the length of each of the channels. There is a connection structure positioned proximate the left edge; and a mating connection structure positioned proximate the right edge.

A travel pillow system includes an outer sleeve with a first end reversibly connectable to a second end. The outer sleeve may be stuffed or filled with a blanket to form an infinity scarf or neck pillow that may be used in a variety of configurations to support the neck, head, back, shoulders, etc., and also be used as a light-blocking pillow. The sleeve may be provided with a pocket for holding items such as ID cards, keys, credit cards, and other travel essentials. A pillowcase may also be provided and the blanket may be removed from the outer sleeve and used to fill the pillowcase. The present invention relates to a wearable blanket usable as a blanket, a towel, a wrap, and worn fashionably as a skirt. The front and back fabric panels are trapezoids in shape. Pockets are formed by pocket bags that are positioned between the front and back fabric layers and aligned with seams in the front panel allowing a person to insert their hands into the pocket bags when wearing the wearable blanket. A stretchable belt tab is stretchable, has a hook-and-loop surface portion, and is fastened along an edge of the wearable blanket. A belt receiver has a hook-and-loop portion and is fastened to the front fabric panel. The belt receiver fastens with the stretchable belt tab in a stretched orientation. The recoil force of the stretchable belt tab pulls the top edge of the wearable blanket snuggly around the waist or torso of the person wearing the wearable blanket.

An apparatus capable of transforming between a sleep aid and a tote bag is an apparatus that can be used to help the user to carry various personal objects while travelling. The apparatus can also be used for comfort while the user rests during the travel. To do so, the apparatus includes a tote bag, a plurality of heating devices, and a controller. The tote bag is a transformable structure that can be configured to be used as a storage structure or as a pillow-blanket combination. The tote bag also facilitates the transformation of the apparatus between the two configurations by the user on-the-go. The plurality of heating devices provides warm and comfort to the user when the user utilizes the apparatus as a pillow-blanket combination. The controller enables the user to control the operation of the plurality of heating devices while utilizing the apparatus as a pillow-blanket combination.

The invention relates to a multifunctional garment comprising a textile flat fabric provided with a central opening for the head of the wearer and two further openings for the arms of the wearer, wherein at least two bands being attached to the textile fabric at attachment points and each band being assigned an opening in the textile fabric, wherein the attachment point and the opening of each band being arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction, and wherein the textile fabric being provided with an at least partially circumferential zipper, which enables the multifunctional garment to be brought into a sleeping bag form by closing the zipper. The multifunctional garment can be used as a cape/cloak, poncho, blanket or sleeping bag.

A Blanket with tuck flaps with a sheet of flexible material, a hood member, a left tuck flap member, a right tuck flap member, a shoulder support member, and an arm support member. The planar sheet is wide enough to cover the front surface of an average person. The left and right side tuck flaps extend from the right side and left side of the sheet at the thigh level of the user. The shoulder support member is attached to the top of the planar sheet and supports the blanket on the user's shoulders. The hood is attached to the top side of the planar panel. The user's head protrudes through an aperture between the top of the planar panel and the shoulder support member. The arm support is attached at its top and bottom edge to the inside of the planar sheet at the location of the user's torso.

A convertible cover includes a cover and first and second nonrectangular panels. The first and second nonrectangular panels each have a generally horizontal set of opposing sides and a generally vertical set of opposing sides. The generally horizontal set of opposing sides is attached to the cover and the generally vertical set of opposing sides is not attached to the cover.
