One or more detachable ‘seat belts’ connect the sides of the blanket, one to one another, creating an adjustable, custom, snug fit. Because the legs and feet are secure inside the blanket, the blanket is kept away from office chair wheels when rolling an office chair, thus the blanket does not get stuck in or under the wheels. The blanket has a foot placement area which is constituted of a layer of fabric with qualities that allows the user to wear shoes or enter with soiled feet without concern that it will damage or soil the inside of the blanket.
