A respective one side plate has a passing aperture, a positioning protrusion, and at least one elastic sheet. The fixing bolt is configured to rotatably connect the first rotatable joining portion in the trench between the two side plates.

A partition mount system includes an integrated plunger assembly. The hook member includes a shank member mounted to the third segment and an engagement portion extending from the shank member. The engagement portion is adapted to be positioned on a curtain rod, thereby securing the apparatus on the curtain rod. The apparatus secured onto the curtain rod enables a user to simultaneously secure the shower curtain through the hook member and the article to the clip member.
