EXTERNALLY-MOUNTED HOLING-FREE MOUNTING MECHANISM FOR CURTAIN
20240008670 · 2024-01-11 ·

The present invention provides an electronic cymbal which comprises an externally-mounted holing-free mounting mechanism for a curtain, comprising a cross beam exposed out of a window frame, a first mounting assembly and a second mounting assembly; the first mounting assembly and the second mounting assembly are supported in the window frame in cooperation with the cross beam, and both the first mounting assembly and the second mounting assembly are in slide cooperation with the cross beam. The length of the cross beam is greater than a width of the window frame, the curtain assembled on the cross beam can fully cover the entire window frame without light leakage. In addition, the first mounting assembly and the second mounting assembly are arbitrarily slidable on the cross beam, and thus, it is applicable to the window frames of multiple widths.

An improved, simpler, and more cost effective method for hanging multiple layers of curtaining with reduced damage to the casement of a window or of the walls around a window. An e-shaped hook (1) wraps around an existing bracket (3) utilized to hang a primary curtain rod. The hook (1) then extends down from the bracket (3) ending in a lateral prong at a right angle to the bracket (3) and perpendicular to the original curtain rod, pointing toward the center of the window. This prong is then inserted into the aperture of a telescoping rod with an internal spring adjustment referred to as a spring tension rod (2). The spring tension rod (2), due to its internal spring, allows for the rod to be inserted onto the hook (1) and be released from the hook (1) without the removal of the hook (1) from the bracket (3).

Method and system for providing a movable privacy curtain support beam

A movable curtain support system and method may include a movable support beam with two ends and a material hanging on the movable support beam. The system also may include two stationary beams as well as a trolley coupled to each end of the movable support beam and each stationary beam. The trolley may include at least two wheels and a plate. The plate may space apart two sets of wheels. The system may further include a spacer plate that is coupled to the two stationary beams. The spacer plate may be coupled to a vertical rod for suspending the system from a ceiling. The hanging material may include a curtain. The system may further include a third stationary beam positioned adjacent to the two stationary beams and for supporting another curtain. The curtain may be coupled to the movable support beam by a hook.

A rod connector is provided having a body defining a first shaft portion, a second shaft portion, and a circumferential ridge projecting radially from the body between the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion. The first shaft portion is configured to engage a first rod and the second shaft portion is configured to engage the second rod. In some embodiments, the first rod and the second rod abut the circumferential ridge when the rod connector is inserted into the first rod and the second rod, the circumferential ridge providing a smooth transitional surface between the first rod and the second rod.
