Drape element and self-aligning drape assembly
A drape element includes a sheet of flexible, non-magnetic material having opposed first and second longitudinal sheet edges, a longitudinal centerline toward which is defined an inward direction and away from which is defined an outward direction, and a first longitudinal pocket disposed proximate the first longitudinal sheet edge. A first straight magnetic wire is disposed in the longitudinal direction within an inward longitudinal portion of the first longitudinal pocket, and a first alternating sequence of magnets and non-magnetic spacers is disposed within an outward longitudinal portion of the first longitudinal pocket. Each of the magnets has opposed first and second magnetic poles, with a respective first magnetic pole of each of the magnets being disposed in contact with the first straight magnetic wire.
Portable framed artistic window pane covers
A portable framed artistic window pane covers includes plain and textured window pane film mounted on glass or transparent polyvinyl sheet with a prismatic effect that allows incoming light to pass through a window pane while refracting the light at random or semi-random angles in a manner that distorts viewed images through window panes of any size outside a home, office, or structure to create privacy for persons inside home, office, and other structures.

Window shade
A window shade may include a shade, a sliding base, a weight track, a first blocking unit, and two second blocking units. The shade has two mount bars respectively formed at an upper end and a lower end thereof, and the shade is connected to the sliding base and the weight track through the two mount bars. The position of the sliding base is limited by the first blocking unit while the second blocking units are configured to limit the position of the weight track. With the first blocking unit and the two second blocking units, the shade can be replaced easily, and also the structural stability of the window shade is improved.
SM Acoustical flat & S panel system
The present invention is unique, novel and proprietary flat panel system, known as the SM Acoustical Flat & S Panel System (“AFSP System”) which provides a series of parts, hardware and fabrics to be used as either a room divider system or as a window treatment system, to achieve the specific results of the consumer. The present invention, and system as a whole, contains the following core categorical pieces of hardware, all of which are customizable to the specific needs and desires of the consumer: (a) a track mounting system, of which profile can be felt or wood, or any shape desired, which can be surface mounted (wall or ceiling), recessed, drop ceiling suspended, free-hanging (tension), or mounted by way of suspension (suspension rods); (b) a customizable track designed to fit with specialty gliders; (c) a customizable carrier further designed to fit with those specialty gliders; (d) fully customizable panels, made up of either solid material or soft fabric, fastened together using double sided sticking tape, self-fastening material or screen clamps, with such solid material or soft fabrics ranging from 12 mm thick to 1 mm thick; (e) a fully customizable system that is held into place by tension, floor mounted, gravity weighted or free-standing product, and (f) that such fully customizable system has a preferred stackable pattern which not only ensures a clean finished look, but also safely secures the product in a collapsed position.
The objectives of this invention is to provide the industry with a new and novel system and product, to be used as a window treatment or room divider, of which looks to reconcile the aesthetic and utility properties for the customer, but also the ease of installation and functionality for the technician. In the end, the present invention, the AFSP System, as used in the area of window treatments or room dividers, is expected to result in reduction in costs, faster and easier installs, faster repairs, stronger connections, greater fluidity and functionality of the product, reduced claims of damage, and greater durability going forward.

Method and system for providing preparing and assembling a high end prefabricated product to serve as a window covering or room divider
The present invention is a method of preparing and assembling certain prefabricated products (identified below as (a) Suspension Rods; (b) Decorative Finished Wood; (c) Locking Pin; and (d) Rubber Gasket) which, once assembled, will serve as a high end room divider or window covering (also known as window treatments). The inventive framework allows the user who is preparing and assembling the product to have an installed room divider or window coverage that is clean, with no marks, and also able to be assembled by one person, as opposed to having multiple parties present to effect installation.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE HOSPITAL CURTAIN
A curtain is suitable for use in a hospital, patient facilities or surgical setting. The curtain is slideably attached along a ceiling track. A top edge of the curtain may be attached to the ceiling track by a number of pulleys each of which may be utilized to lower the top edge of curtain to a height which is conveniently accessible to someone standing on the floor of the room to remove and/or replace the curtain. In some embodiments of this invention, the curtain has a top portion joined to a bottom portion by a zipper. The pulleys lower the curtain for someone to easily access the zipper to remove, replace and/or attach the bottom portion from/to the top portion. In other embodiments, the pulleys lower the entire curtain for removal and replacement.
