At least one of the one or more gear reduction units includes a sun gear coaxially connected to a rotating shaft of the drive unit; a ring gear configured such that a plurality of gear teeth are formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof around the sun gear, and configured to output a rotation speed slower than the rotation speed of the sun gear; and a plurality of planetary gears disposed between the sun gear and the ring gear, and configured to transfer the rotational force of the sun gear to the ring gear.

The cleaning device includes a cleaning implement having a first position normally biased into a non-engaged position from the perforated surface and a second position when the cleaning device is operated to an engaged position against the perforated surface. The cleaning implement is biased against the perforated surface in the second position using a biasing member configured to maintain constant engagement of the cleaning implement against the perforated surface while the sieve is rotated. In an embodiment, the biasing member is a coil wave spring.

DRIP-STOP ATTACHMENT FOR A FOOD PROCESSING DEVICE

An attachment (60) for a spout (140) of a food processing apparatus (10), including a housing (70) with a liquid inlet (80), a front face (160), and a liquid outlet (100). The housing defines a posterior cavity (110) that removably receives the spout and position the liquid inlet next to the spout. The attachment also includes a drip-stop flap (150) which is attached to and covers the front face of the housing. The drip-stop flap reversibly pivots about a horizontal pivot axis between a closed position where the liquid outlet is blocked by a sealing element on the flap, and an open position where the liquid outlet is exposed.

A food processor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body; a container detachably coupled to the body; a screw connected to the body while being at least partially received in the container; a juicing filter arranged to surround the tip side of the screw; and a cover detachably coupled to the leading end side of the container, wherein the container includes a first safety switch exposed toward the leading end side, and the first safety switch is switched to an ON state by the juicing filter in a state where the cover is coupled to the container.

A masticating juicer (10), including a housing (20) with a mastication chamber (30) and a food chute (40), the food chute defining a feeding chamber (50) positioned above the mastication chamber. The food processing apparatus further includes a food pusher (60) configured to be insertable into, and removable from, the feeding chamber. The food chute includes a flexible sealing member (80) that extends from the food chute into the feeding chamber. The flexible sealing member configured to engage the outer circumference of the food pusher when the food pusher is inside the feeding chamber, thereby preventing the back flow of food and juice through the food chute.

The food entry section (112) comprises said juice outlet (140) at or near a distal end of said main body relative to the drivetrain, wherein the juice outlet (140) is vertically displaced relative to the food inlet (130).

In various embodiments, a masticating juicer (100) may include a housing (102) defining a compression chamber (106) with an inner wall, at least one inlet, at least one juice outlet, and at least one pulp outlet. An auger (118) may be rotatably mounted within the compression chamber and may include upstream and downstream ends and an auger surface in between. The auger may be rotatable about an axis of rotation to masticate and convey material in a downstream direction. The auger may be sized so that a cavity is formed between the auger surface (126) and the inner wall (116) of the compression chamber. An elastic restrictor (132) may extend circumferentially around an interior of the compression chamber to at least partially span the cavity. The elastic restrictor may be shaped to provide variable resistance to material conveyed by the auger depending on a relative position of the material between the inner wall and the auger surface.

A juice extractor and a feeding apparatus thereof are provided. The feeding apparatus includes a feed channel, a feed body connected to an upper port of the feed channel, and a cover plate assembly. The cover plate assembly includes a cover plate and an accommodating cavity with a large capacity. A shape of the cover plate matches an inner wall of the feed body and the cover plate is provided with a feed inlet, and the cover plate is rotatably provided on the inner wall of the feed body. The accommodating cavity with a large capacity is provided on a top surface of the cover plate, and has a sectional area greater than an area of the feed inlet, and is formed by an enclosure plate that surrounds the feed inlet. Upon inversion of the cover plate assembly, an opening of the accommodating cavity with a large capacity can be made to face the feed channel, and fruits and vegetables contained in the accommodating cavity with a large capacity are put in the feed channel. The feed inlet of the feed body is provided on the invertible cover plate assembly, so that not only diced fruits and vegetables are conveyed to the juice extractor, but also fruits and vegetables with large shapes fall into the feed channel by reverting the cover plate assembly without being diced. The juice extractor has a simple structure and can be conveniently used, so as to improve use safety.
