MODULAR SIEVE AND JUICING APPARATUS
A modular sieve (100) for a juicing apparatus is disclosed that comprises a first module (110) comprising a pattern of first protrusions (112) having first edge regions (113); and a second module (120) comprising a pattern of second protrusions (122) having second edge regions (123) for adjoining neighbouring first edge regions when the first module is engaged with the second module, wherein each first edge region and an adjoining second edge region delimit a plurality of apertures (150) for passing juice. A juicing apparatus including such a modular sieve is also disclosed.
Juice Extractor and Feeding Apparatus thereof
A juice extractor and a feeding apparatus thereof are provided. The feeding apparatus includes a feed channel, a feed body connected to an upper port of the feed channel, and a cover plate assembly. The cover plate assembly includes a cover plate and an accommodating cavity with a large capacity. A shape of the cover plate matches an inner wall of the feed body and the cover plate is provided with a feed inlet, and the cover plate is rotatably provided on the inner wall of the feed body. The accommodating cavity with a large capacity is provided on a top surface of the cover plate, and has a sectional area greater than an area of the feed inlet, and is formed by an enclosure plate that surrounds the feed inlet. Upon inversion of the cover plate assembly, an opening of the accommodating cavity with a large capacity can be made to face the feed channel, and fruits and vegetables contained in the accommodating cavity with a large capacity are put in the feed channel. The feed inlet of the feed body is provided on the invertible cover plate assembly, so that not only diced fruits and vegetables are conveyed to the juice extractor, but also fruits and vegetables with large shapes fall into the feed channel by reverting the cover plate assembly without being diced. The juice extractor has a simple structure and can be conveniently used, so as to improve use safety.
DEVICES AND METHODS TO DISINTEGRATE FOODS
The subject application is directed to a food processing device to extract juice. The device includes an inlet coupled to a disintegrator. The inlet is configured to accept food items and the disintegrator configured to disintegrate food items passed through the inlet. The device further includes a separator that accepts the disintegrated food items and separates out the liquid components from the food item. The device further includes a reservoir that is coupled to the separator for accepting and holding the liquid components. The reservoir includes a translucent member for viewing of liquid levels within the reservoir, and a valved outlet. The valved outlet is configured to allow or prevent the flow of liquid from the reservoir through the valved outlet.
Frame for main body of upper driving type juice extractor, and frame assembly using the same
A frame for a main body of an upper driving type juice extractor includes an upper frame; a lower frame; a connection frame configured to connect the upper frame with the lower frame, wherein the upper frame has a first through-hole and a second through-hole. Further, a frame assembly for a main body of an upper driving type juice extractor includes a frame including an upper frame having a first through-hole and a second through-hole, a lower frame, and a connection frame configured to connect the upper frame with the lower frame; a driving part mounted at an upper portion of the upper frame; and a lifting part installed at the lower frame, wherein a driving shaft of the driving part is inserted in the first through-hole.
Juicer
The invention discloses a juicer, includes a base, a motor assembly, a cutter disk, a collar and an elevator assembly. The elevator assembly is configured for lifting up or lowering down the collar in accordance to user's operations, as a result a distance between the collar and the cutter disk is adjusted and the area of each filter hole that being covered or sealed by the collar is adjusted. The present invention can realize changing the size of filter holes, to control fiber flow through. Thus pure juice and different content of insoluble dietary fiber vegetables and fruits juice can be obtained.
OIL EXTRACTOR
An oil extractor that includes: a main body housing; a motor; a feed hopper detachably coupled to the upper end of the main body housing to feed grain; a shell that communicates with the lower end of the feed hopper to receive the grain and is detachably coupled to one side of the main body housing; a screw shaft inserted into the shell and having an end portion that passes through one side of the main body housing and is coupled to the motor; a fastening means for detachably coupling the shell to the main body housing; and a shell cover surrounding the shell. The shell cover has a groove formed on its lower portion for receiving the shell and is supported by the main body housing and moves between a first position at which the shell is covered and a second position at which the shell is exposed.
FOOD PREPARATION APPLIANCE WITH CLEANING FEATURE
A food preparation appliance comprising a sieve having an inner perforated surface for extracting a food item into liquid and solid particles, a source of rotatable power for rotating the sieve, a cleaning device for removing unwanted buildup of pulp from the perforated surface of the sieve, and a reservoir holding a pre-determined volume of cleaning fluid that is released and directed onto the sieve when the cleaning device is operated.
JUICER BRUSH AND CLEANING METHOD AND JUICER INCORPORATING REMOVABLE JUICER BRUSH
